LWH is a small boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon. It’s a 4 star hotel but you wouldn’t know it as the service, amenities, room set up etc felt like 5 star service. All the staff from check in, waitstaff in their restaurant and housekeeping were very polite and helpful and made us feel welcome. The room were a good comfortable size and having stayed in 9 hotels this trip, the bed and pillows at the LWH were the best! Finally had a wonderful night’s sleep. We were on the first floor and were concerned about the noise but the double glazed windows block it out so you can’t really hear too much noise from outside. They have a beautiful internal courtyard to relax and is like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast had good selections with what you would expect plus a la carte eggs and other items plus an espresso coffee (and they cater for dietary requirements but need to pre-advise). WiFi was reliable. Rooms were very clean. Loved the monogrammed towels and amenities - really adds a layer of class! Appliances and finishings were modern (we had an espresso pod machine not just a kettle for coffee powder) and it all made the stay very comfortable. The location was great - a few mins walk to Rossio Square, Restauradores Square and the train station which made embarking on a day trip to Sintra very easy plus the famous route 28 tram stop. There’s also a lot of really good restaurants within 10 min walk from the hotel.

I was strolling through the Restauradores area tired from walking all day and tired of being solicited by so many patio front waiters trying to get me inside to try their food. This coral corner building and it's title caught my eye. What can I say? I love wine. I was staying with local friends in Lisbon but I wanted to check out this place for future visits and my clients who travel.
It is a small boutique hotel, relatively new and from my experience, they certainly appreciate every guest. The receptionist took me on a tour and showed me different rooms on different floors (each named after a type of wine). How creative! They have a tasting car and garden area which allows you to disconnect from the city's hustle and bustle and fully enjoy your wine and food.

The first visit I had a coffee and dessert at their bar. It was their delicious version of a brulée. A week later I found myself in the same area and had to try their wine and food. I had a nice seat by the window. I opted for a breakfast style sausage, egg bake with an amazing wine from Douro Valley. The staff is so helpful and courteous. The young waiters knew their wine and educated me a little on the types I was tasting. It was a nice stop for me to decompress and jot down some notes.

Overall a great experience and this will be my hotel of choice if I find myself needing accommodations in the heart of Lisbon!

We love wine and we enjoy boutique style hotels, and this did not disappoint! Janete greeted us after we arrived from the airport, fortunately they had a room ready as we were coming directly from our long journey from the US and wanted a quick nap and a shower. The rooms were cute, comfortable, and came with a bottle of wine and chilled water. Perfect. We loved the location, the breakfast, and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

This is a boutique hotel located in the Baixa area of Lisbon, which is small, but with very comfortably sized rooms. The hotel is very clean. The bedsheets are crisp, white, and make for a very good nights sleep. There are abundant restaurants in the area, and the hotel is within walking distance of many attractions, shopping, and a metro station. The room is equipped with a very good blow dryer, toiletries, such as shampoo, body wash, and lotion. Upon registering, you are given a complementary glass of wine, and a bottle of wine awaits you in your room, also complementary. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

We stayed 3 nights in Lisbon Wine Hotel and were very happy with the spacious, super comfy room and the friendly service.

The hotel is perfectly located close to several nice restaurants and a handful of Lisbon sights.

Breakfast at €17 is too expensive, we think - we went to nearby bakery & café Fabrica de Nata that offers everything you need for half the price.

Parking is in a nearby public parking house - you will get a discount from the hotel.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of Lisbon with a public parking garage close by (you get a hotel discount and they handle payment for you). The hotel is cozy, very nicely maintained and the staff are super friendly and service minded.

A definite recommendation from me - we will return.

Superb little boutique hotel right in the heart of a bustling part of Lisbon city…
Super clean, restocked water, towels, toiletries daily. Very friendly staff who were warm and welcoming and happy to help with all our enquiries.
You’re right in the hub here so close to Bairro Alto and Chiado district. We walked everywhere from here and it was a delight to return to a cool air conditioned spotless room with fresh towels, slippers and dressing gowns.
We didn’t eat or breakfast here ourselves but we did see other guests doing so. We booked a standard room on the first floor. It does look out over a very busy mostly pedestrian cobbled street ( cars only allowed before 11am so you’d be dropped a little down the road with your cases if after 11am!) but when the bedroom doors were closed the noise didn’t disturb us at all and I like peace so it really wasn’t a bother. I didn’t see the upgraded rooms but found the standard room more than adequate. You have a little Juliette balcony where you can sip you espresso restocked daily. A real pleasure if you’re looking for a simply unpretentious city base for all your sightseeing in Lisbon.

This is a great hotel! It’s very small (3 rooms on our floor) and very friendly and you got to know the same staff over the course of the stay (my wine choice was always remembered!)

The location was perfectly central and we really appreciated the hotel arranging for us to be picked up at the airport.

The room was really spacious and well appointed, the temperature was perfect even when it was nudging 35°c outside. My only criticism of the whole place was the fact that there were no sockets near the bed and I had to charge my phone a bit of distance away. It’s a really busy street outside but the room was quiet with the windows closed.

The ‘secret’ terrace was one of the best bits of the hotel - a really nice spot to grab a wine and some snacks and chill out, away from the hubbub outside.

We have stayed once before at LWH for one night and fell in love with Lisbon and this fabulous hotel. When we wanted to return this was our hotel of choice.

The hotel is set in a pedestrian area of the city however is only a couple of minutes walk from the hustle and bustle and taxi drop off is very easy.

We upgraded to a Superior room and were delighted we did, our room was specious and beautifully decorated, the bed exceptionally comfortable (we slept like babies), the bathroom well designed with lots of shelf space and a stunning rain shower, the floor to ceiling windows gave stunning views down the buzzing pedestrian street. The complimentary bottle of red wine was very welcome.

The breakfast was fantastic, a great selection of continental choices: fruit, cereal, yogurt, quiche, ham, cheese and a fabulous selection of pastries and tarts. The hot selection is eggs anyway you like, the omelettes were especially tasty.

There is a lovely cool terrace on the second floor, a great place to relax in the egg chair or on one of the comfy seats. There does appears to be a small outside bar, however, it wasn’t open when we were there.

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand to answer our questions, especially in relation to the Metro and the different ticket options.

We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to a return visit.

Wow, we loved everything about this hotel: the location, the staff, the restaurant, the room, and the ambiance. It is a smaller hotel located on the cutest cobbled, pedestrian-only street. It is located within walking distance of the St. George's Castle, the waterfront, the shopping district and many restaurants. We had wine and appetizers in the evening, which were quite nice and an excellent breakfast in the morning. The room itself was of nice size and very well appointed. We loved the walk-in shower. Everything is quite new and modern, which made it very fun to stay in. And the staff were super friendly and helpful. They even offered to arrange transportation to and from the airport for us, which we took them up on.
The only downside is we wished we could have stayed longer. We will be back.

Very easy - just get the airport shuttle bus located just outside the arrivals hall- Get the return ticket - stop 11 if memory serves me right. But driver will call out each of the stops and they all speak good English When you get off the bus you literally have a 4/5 min walk to hotel

The walk is about 100 metres, no distance at all, brilliant to have a no through road adjacent to hotel, nice and quiet.
