I booked this hotel for one night. I felt like the descriptions of the location, amenities, etc. from online were not accurate. It's not in a quiet neighborhood and they don't cover your parking expenses. We were a little early for check-in, so we decided to park and just have lunch first before getting our luggage. The waitress wasn't super friendly and the food was not great (definitely previously frozen). Once we paid, the girl who was checking guests in had left, so we asked the waitress if she could check us in (she couldn't), but once the waitress realized we were staying at the hotel she became much friendlier -- bringing us a welcome glass of wine. A bit annoying that they offered a 10% discount on the restaurant AFTER we already ate and didn't offer it for additional items. The room itself was nice and clean but it was right next to the garden which was a bit loud at night when other guests were out there. Overall, it was fine for a night, but I think one can find a better place to stay in Lisbon for the price.…
Overbooked and cancelled my reservation for 5 nights less then 48 hours in advance. Front desk was extremely unapologetic and pretty rude about the entire situation. Plenty of options in the area and wouldn’t recommend it
Stopped by for a Bottle of wine and some food. We ordered a bottle of Red and noticed the wine brought to our table was not the same as what we ordered. The manger came over and explained it was an equivalent wine , however was not on the wine list. When bill came we were charged an additional 13 Euros for the wine. Asked to speak to the Manager but he told waitress that we should pay the additional amount. We refused to pay that additional amount and eventually the bill was reduced. I think it was a deliberate attempt to overcharge, never did get to speak to manager. On a positive note, the waitress was great.

We LOVED this little hotel! It was a true gem!! The location, room٫ staff and food was AMAZING! We are goi g back for a few more days before returning home to USA. It was that awesome! Thank you Lisbon Wine Hotel 💕
Great hotel, great location, very attentive kind and helpful staff and good selection of wines at really reasonable prices. Stayed here for 3 nights, bedroom beautiful and comfortable and spotlessly clean. All staff go out of their way to assist you . would definitely recommend and return.
Nice rooms, excellent location, very kind and helpful service. Also delicious breakfast. Good vibes. Personal touch, also due to small size of the Hotel. Warm recommendation. And opposite an authentic local Restaurante serving wonderful piripiri chicken.
We loved everything about this hotel, the location is ideal and the service is excellent. It is clean, safe, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is also really good. The last night of our stay there, we had diner at their restaurant that had just reopened, and the food was delicious! We would definitely go back and would recommend this place to anybody.
My husband and I went into the hotel to have a glass of wine. We met the employee Tiago who served us wine and a cheese plate. He befriended us and we asked him to recommend a tour guide to see Sintra. He offered to take us on his off day from work saying he would charge us 150.00 euros flat. We agreed but never predicted we would end up paying for him every step of the way during the day trip. He picked the most expensive restaurant for lunch on the ocean and expected us to pay for him instead of dropping us off. He expected us to pay for his admission into the castle of Sintra. We had to pay 60 Euros for the transportation up to the castle by a third party driver because Tiago’s car wasn’t allowed up the hill. He expected us to pay for him to accompany us during the entire day rather than dropping us off at each location. The entire day was 300 Euros. The lunch that he picked was over 100 Euros. We were stuck having to interact with him absent any privacy without him and had to pay his entire way on top of the 150.00 Euros he charged us! It was a total scam.…
