Detailed Reviews

Stayed in this hotel as part of a tour package booking from Singapore.
It has a strategic location just a minutes walk to the square where nightly procession of Catholic worshipers, local and foreigners visit to pay penance or for prayers.
The corridor becomes newer n more modern once u go up to the 1st floor.
Bedroom n bath are very well organised.
Shower stall with 2 glass panels whilst all other hotels on my Spain trip had single glass panel, floor gets wet inevitably. Had an excellent shower.
Shower pressure Excellent. Shower stall adequate size for me.
Breakfast n dinner were buffet style.
Simple and tasty.

There is no Wi-Fi in all rooms.
There is no Wi-Fi in all rooms. The first time I was at this hotel, the room was closer to the reception, so Wi-Fi was available. The last time I was staying at this hotel, the room was located further away from reception, and there was no Wi-Fi.

Restaurant without its own kitchen and anything other than cold is already reheated. They don't follow the menu. Management doesn't show face. Book a complaint only after calling the GNR. WE DO NOT SERVE MEALS. Untrained staff.

Great location by the shrine. Ok rooms. Had the potential for a good stay, but Staff is indifferent at best. Nasty in some cases. Tall bald man in restaurant was unbelievably so. He was there to make his job easier, not to serve guests or to me their experience positive.

Great
It is a hotel that meets the amenities of a 4 star hotel.
Everything about it was pleasing and it is very difficult to highlight anything, but even so, I do so in terms of the location - you cross the street and are on the sanctuary grounds -, the parking and dinner on the first day. We arrived late and they did everything possible to be ready for the candlelight procession.
When I return to Fátima, this is where I will stay.

Hotel very well located, (next to the Sanctuary) clean and generously sized room, friendly staff who are always available to help. Quiet and quality restaurant.
Just note the mini size of the television in the room.
I advise

A very nice hotel situated next to the Shrine. Can probably roll out of bed and go to the activities at the Shrine grounds. Window view overlooked the grounds. Very nice restaurant for meals and a bar/lounge to cap off the night.

Advertised as the best hotel in Fatima and I would say this is so. It's not 5 star luxury (like the 4 seasons) but was very good quality especially for the price. We saw prices vary by direct website vs. discount site. Go with the discount site.
