10 of us on a golfing holiday. We have been thoroughly spoiled by the staff for nearly a week. We still have 2 days to go. All the staff go out of their way to make us welcome, comfortable and happy Spacious comfortable rooms that are very quiet. Small kitchenette useful for making own drinks The evening meal is very special. 3 delicious courses with a little amuse bouche to start. All of very high standard and attention to detail The service is quiet and attentive. A lovely mix of nationalities working together We will be very sorry to leave Thank you all for giving us a wonderful week
Excellent Resort … quiet and peaceful with top notch service staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and food at the Glass Terrace restaurant was delicious. I was particularly impressed by Laura at the reception who was extremely helpful and courteous. People like Laura make a good impression about a hotel.
So some of good mixed with okay. Perhaps it's cause it was off season? The rooms were huge, spacious, the kitchen well stocked and 4 to 8 bottles of water a day. Pretty space and lay out in the lobby. Check in was great and easy, so thrilled to have my room reedy at my pre-dawn arrival. Pretty landscaping Just a ton of minor service failures. The housekeeping was random, some days perfect, other days they took all the dirty towels and wash clothes and left no clean ones. Some days breakfast service was great and others it was like being there was inconvenient to the staff. And the room service was bland. And the laundry service was way over priced (11 euro for pants?), go down town Cascais and hit a laundry mat. We they took room service dishes away they took my room silverware. Water in the shower went hot and cold nearly everyday while trying to get clean. The spa which isn't connected was wretched service, no one there at the desk or answering the phones, so it's not a perk.…
We had one of our best family holidays. The entire hotel team is amazing and paid full attention to every detail that made our stay perfect. It was also my daughter's birthday and guest services did everything so well to celebrate the day with cake, and balloons kept in the room while we stepped out. Our entire experience from the time we checked in and checked out has been memorable. The hotel is very clean and very well maintained. I would recommend anyone to visit and we would be visiting again very soon.
We very much enjoyed the one bedroom suite with a garden view. Ruben at the front desk was very attentive to our every needs and always had kind words, never forgetting to ask us how has our experience been. Also we had a nice dinner the first night at the hotel restaurant. I forgot the name of the waiter but this young man was from Ecuador, he was great. We just extended an extra night.

The love and passion for your job is very obvious and appreciated. One of the most beautiful hotel experiences I've had until now. The hotel in itself is very clean and the rooms are beautiful. Definitely i'll be back again to enjoy this beautiful hotel and the professional and caring service of its employees. Thank you again and see you soon.
I have been there two consecutive weeks for business reasons. The structure is simply beautiful and services are super. Food is great and the staff nice and competent. A special thank to Renata and Edgar for their dedication and support!! Highly recommended!! Hope to come back soon!! Enrica
The hotel is an icon in Cascais. But on top of the architecture and generous spaces offered, furnished with taste and style, the best part is the people working here. Is rare to find stuff capable to read the needs of their guests. And here at Sheraton Cascais the team is present and delivers a high level of service to their guests. Well done! We are visiting this hotel since 4 years and the stuff is very attentive and delivers an amazing result capable to surprise their guests with their attention to detail and kindness.
From the moment we entered the property we were treated so very well. We had traveled 19 hours - having travelled to Miami Florida the day before and flying overnight, arriving early in Lisbon. We were welcomed warmly and invited to rest and enjoy breakfast while our room was being prepared. Our room was ready shortly and what a delight it was to enter. It was spotless. Having traveled much of the world, we routinely check everything about the room. Everything was perfect. Often housekeeping is the “weak link” in services provided by a hotel - not so at this hotel. As we wandered the property we noticed how well maintained and clean everything is. All the staff greeted us with a smile. The breakfast buffet is very enjoyable. The sparkling wine adds a touch of elegance and all the offerings, hot and cold, were delicious. Dinner in the Glass Terrace was fabulous. The menu choices are excellent, the food is prepared wonderfully, and the service is nothing short of outstanding. All the staff we encountered were gracious and helpful. We applaud the excellence of the leadership and team members. We look forward to our return.…
A well equipped resort and the staff we found to be really engaging through out our stay, the Glass Terrace in particular I would like to thank the staff, my wife has a particular dietary requirement and on every occasion the team went to great lengths to make sure her requirements were met even to cooking specifically for her, thank you to the team though out the resort you made us feel quite special Garry Ford - UK
