Detailed Reviews
Vila Bicuda Resort was an fantastic choice for a 2 week holiday. Our 1 bed duplex villa was an excellent size for a small family (much bigger than we anticipated) and the pool and resort were a great size, not busy, safe and pleasant.
All the staff were very helpful and friendly and the resort is a short taxi journey from Cascais centre. We will definitely return.
The only slight downside was that the onsite laundrette was very expensive, hand washing prevailed after that.

We took a studio apartment and that suited us very well for a three night stay. It was a generous space with plenty of seating, a good size comfortable double bed, shower bathroom and medium size moderately equipped kitchen. A balcony with table and chairs led off the living area. There was air con and wifi. The apartment was clean on arrival and was also checked during the day. Wardrobe space was very generous. Given the poor weather throughout our stay we did not use the pool facilities or anything else in the immediate area other than the excellent baker and general store (just yards away). There is also a restaurant on site. There is easy parking, bike hire but no obvious disabled facilities (there may have been but I didn't see any). Reception staff were friendly and helpful and facilitated the printing of the required covid 19 forms etc. This was basic, clean accommodation at a reasonable price and we would be happy to stay there again.

A family wedding in Cascais & we wanted to stay close to the wedding venue yet be reasonably close to the coast. The villa we stayed in was excellent, everything you could want from a top quality hotel but with attraction of a fully equipped kitchen. 2 large bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, large lounge & direct access to a marvellous pool area.
Well-appointed facilities on the site as well, restaurant serves food quality food at a reasonable rate & the coffee shop/bakery is first rate. The custard tarts are just heavenly. Well-appointed shop for anything you might need. The resort staff couldn't be more helpful & the resort itself is very quiet, peaceful & picturesque. We used Uber to get around because there were 4 adults & an infant in our party, but there are bus stops outside the resort.

Room Tip: Parking onsite, which we didn't use as we didn't have a car because we were only there 3 nights....

Stayed in a one bed villa with our 16 month old baby. Villa was spacious and clean and the pool area was ideal for toddlers and all ages really. Staff were very nice especially the cleaning staff who were extremely efficient and great with our toddler. Some of the appliances are a little dated and the villa furniture was basic...but everything worked perfectly and the bed was really good. The shop onsite was well stocked. Really delighted we decided to cancel Martinhal and come here last minute...much cheaper, more space and more freedom. Taxi's are plentiful and €6-7 in to Cascais town centre.

We have stayed at Vila Bicuda for a week with our kids aged 7 and 10. Our experience was totally outstanding. Our villa was a perfect fit and size to us with a garden opening directly to the pool area. It is such convenient to have a home set up abroad. Although the villas are not brand new, they are kept so clean and equipped. Management was very responsive simply providing any info accurately and any simple needs, on the spot. The bakery and the supermarket is an add for the quick needs. Cascais town is close by, a short drive of 7-10 min which offers loads. I highly recommend this place for families with kids. We will like coming back again.

Lovely resort located about 50 mins walk to the west of Cascais centre. We weren’t confident with Ubers so either walked to local restaurants (15 mins) or drove to the centre (no sangria that night!)
Stayed in a 4 person villa. Was really well appointed, very clean and we were lucky that we overlooked the main pool. Lots of space outside and our villa had everything we needed. Cleaned and beds made every day..
There’s a nice coffee/bread/cake shop, but the one let down of the resort is the restaurant. Previous reviews put us off trying it, as did the menu. Nothing that really appealed to 3 non-Portuguese teens/tweens. Also, no bar area for a drink before dinner.
That aside, we really enjoyed Villa Bicuda. It’s ideal for a week’s stay, you can visit Lisbon easily while also having space, a pool and a relax.

This park is located on the west side of Cascais, so the coast and Sintra are easy to reach by car. For Cascais center you take a taxi, 6 euros. You go to Lisbon by train, return ticket 5 euros. The apartment was ok, beds are made, rubbish removed etc, every day. Nice. The apartment was a bit outdated, but the terrace was lovely. There is a supermarket in the park and you can get a drink and some pastries or even a meal in the tent opposite the reception. The park is guarded 24 hours a day. Not bad at all. Swimming pool not used.

We stayed in a studio apartment, it was really comfortable, quiet and had all the amenities required. The grounds within the resort were very well kept and ample for strolling. The swimming pools were really nice. A great thing is that the resort had a very nice coffee shop and mini market. Security was also quite visible and access well controlled.

Spacious, well equipped link villas on secure site. It has a lovely bakery with fresh breads and delicious cakes and pastries with a small outside seating area to enjoy them with a cup of coffee. A small supermarket and a laundry are also on site. Lovely pool and plenty of sun loungers. An added bonus is that the villa comes with hotel service, i.e. it gets a daily clean and toiletries are provided. Will definitely stay again if visiting this area.

This resort was exactly as described. Full, private units that include bedroom, living room, private outdoor space, kitchen, bathroom and eating area. Plenty of storage and lots of space. We didn't end up needing it but there was free parking available with the unit. Temperatures were cool when we visited, but the pool looked like it would be very inviting on a hot summer day. Very quaint resort, quiet and clean.
Pedro at the front desk was awesome and helped get us sorted when we arrived at the resort before check-in. Seamless at storing our bags and had a nice little cafe with delicious pastries which we had while we waited.
Thank you for the great stay! I highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Dear Mr. H Gregory,
Thank you for your message.
We are about 3km from the center of Cascais which is about 30-45 minutes walking from the resort.
There is a bus to the center once an hour or you may take a taxi which costs around €7.00 (each way).
We remain at your entire disposal for any other information or future reservation.
Thank you and best regards

Not that I know of, outside pool and don’t think it’s heated
Dear Guest,
Thank you for your message.
No, there aren't barbeques in the resort since it is not permitted by condominum rules.
