I strongly reccomend this hotel for the "Old Time Lovers". This is a rare experience of "Back in the 70's". All the decoration, materials, equipment and staff are from the Old School of "hosting you like if we are from PIDE#🕶". At the lounge you can listen the best collection of Disco Sound ever (James Brown each 15 minutes and... More

Reception was staffed by a pleasant smiling young man and a rather abrupt woman with a 'military' like persona ! No people skills at all. We registered and she gave us a key card; when we opened the room door another couple were in residence ! One of them having a shower !!! Another room was allocated, however, we were... More

I appreciate your opinion. The Imperial Hotel is a hotel with excellent references in terms of cleaning, restoration and service worldwide. The facilities were remodeled to about 6 years in the same unique style. The offered prices and the centrality of the same is a great asset in the price-quality ratio for any guest that visits us. It's ok I guess, everything needs to be renovated. And I am afraid to touch everything because I might get germs, because carpet everywhere. The breakfast is kinda sad. #sadboys Don't expect much. Even the music is 70's disco mostly.

The hotel has a very good location. The breakfast, room space and Wi-Fi are also a good aspect, together with itens Friendly staff. Infortunatly, with a bit of dust and too expensive parking. Dishes cleanliness should be a must!

Very good deal for lunch with a Prato do dia for only 10 Euro. The waiter put a bottle of white wine for me and a bottle of red wine for my husband on the table and it was clear that we were welcome to have more than the one glass that we had ordered. We had pork chops which... More

The hotel is located within an easy walk of the canals and old town. The rooms are OK but the impression is one of faded glory, not helped by the welcome that is to say the least unwelcoming! A smile should not be the rarity that it is here. Breakfast is OK except for the orange juice that is completely... More

Just came from a 3 night stand and can't be more appreciative. Excellent staff, always helpful and cheerful. Great breakfast and even better large schedule. One of the few hotels that gave us a couple's bed. But what really stands out is its location - near everything at town's center.

We stayed here for one night, and wanted to be able to walk around in this "Venice of Portugal". The hotel is centrally located, which made strolling around easy. Aveiro city center is not big, so it was nice to be able to walk around the canals, enjoy the good seafood restaurants, and yet be able to go back to... More

Hotel Imperial did not impress. Even though outside it looks quite charming, insides are well out-dated. The room we stayed in was split into living room and separate bedroom, which was not too spacious. Balcony was a big one though, but the views were a bit blocked by other buildings. Breakfast was also on very average level and it was... More
