We booked this hotel because we wanted to be away from the tourist areas along the Algarve. We were not disappointed. Our room on the top floor had a balcony overlooking the town, with ensuite bath (single sink and shower/tub combination) and a King size bed. Unit had A/C which we appreciated given the 100 degree temperatures outside. Breakfast buffet was included which offered a variety for any guest’s tastes, served in a dining area off the reception area on first floor. Photos with this review show the rooftop swimming pool which was well used, view from deck, our room and interior guest areas on first floor. Were we to return to the Algarve area, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Great place to stay. Lovely big hotel situated at a green square in the small town of Loulé. We were very lucky to have a nice, modern an beautifully decorated room on the top floor (403) which had a very pleasant balcony with breathtaking views overlooking Loulé and surroundings as far as the ocean. From the hotel,it is only a short walk to shops and restaurants and into the historic town center. The staff at the front desk have very good English, are most polite and show real interest in the guests and are most friendly. Breakfast was still COVID-proof, which meant that everything was in or wascovered by plastic and guests had to keep distance within the breakfast room. Tables were limited and more spread out over the breakfast rom and one way traffic meant there was less chance of people bumping into each other or congestion at places.the hotel had organized this very well. Breakfast itself was very well presented, there was a good variety of items and as many fresh fruits, bread and dairy products as one could possibly ask for. The staff kept a good eye on everything and swiftly came with fresh supplies when things were about to run out. With free parking at the hotels door step Jardim Hotel is the right place to go in Loule.…
Hiddeous no sleep at all. We booked a week here well in advance, to stay at the end of September. The room was on the first floor by the staircase (4 foors of rooms above us) so noisy people up and down all day and night, you get more sleep in a caravan at the side of the M3. We asked to move at the start of the week to be told its fully booked. So its Ok for 1 night as an airport stop over not for a weeks holiday. Ruined our holiday. Loule is a nice little town get a taxi to it.
The hotel has beautiful interiors, room was clean and large with nice view on town and even ocean. Staff was friendly. The location is very nice and quiet. Breakfast was tasty, there were many options, even dairy free yogurts and milks. Free parking on the street or in the hotel garage. I did not like (nothing important) poor wifi, small TV and there could be a shower instead of bathtub. Toiletries and water pressure in shower were poor.
For where i needed to be the location was perfect. Traditional Portuguese exterior with a lovely fresh clean interior (some facilities dated but maintained well) The staff were lovely and very helpful even though I checked in late in the evening they explained where everything was. Fantastic two nights sleep in a quiet room overlooking the pool.
