It is one of the best hostels I've ever been. They have a really good infrastructure, including safes, and it is always clean. It is a walking distance to the city centre. The only bad point is that they do not accept credit/debit cards.

The hostel as a whole was very clean. The free breakfast was surprisingly good as far as hostels go. Be sure to wake up early to get some eggs they run out. And the staff removes all food promptly when breakfast ends. Excellent air conditioning in rooms. Bathrooms & showers on each floor. Good wifi on each floor. Staff could...

It's a great stay. Breakfast could be better an so the rooftop. I would invest in some better patio furniture and better wifi. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful and got us great suggestions. She speaks excellent English. The intern though, way off in engaging and making value of the brand of Gold Coast hostel. Rooms are clean and...

My boyfriend and I have been back here several times in the last four years. Lagos is a great town and the Gold Coast is the best place to explore it from. Carlos the owner is a lovely guy and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are excellent. Always a group going out...

This hostel was in a great location and easy to get too. Hostel owners are so lovely and are always around for a chat. Rooms are a good size and there are many private bathrooms to use which is great. Breakfast is good and there is a great rooftop terrace for socialising and having a few drinks.

We stayed in a private room for 3 nights, the private rooms are in a separate building with its own kitchen for use (we didn't use it when we were there) but the hostel was very clean and great for the price. The people working there were also very kind and helpful, showing us lots of things to do in...

Everything is really nice, I strongly recommend it! Everything is really clean and the kitchen is really well equiped. The proprios are also very kind! It's a calm hostel, but all the bars are really close.

Gold Coast is a really great hostel for anyone looking to have a nice, chill time in Lagos without the crazy partying. I met a really solid group of people there to go out with, without the body shots. I went to another "party hostel" just to hang out one night, and I was really glad I went with this...

Traveled there as a couple, we stayed in a lot of hostels and this one was among the noisiest, every night, all night long. We were unfortunate to have 4 british idiots who were inhaling poppers and smoking in room... Because of them our room was dirty, full of sand, smelling wery bad :( Besides this hostel was not so...

This is a great little venue. Keeping in mind it is cheap and that your not going to get the best facilities for what we paid, it was clean, safe, friendly, helpful and very well located. The two staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. We weren't there in peak season so that may have been the reason...
