This place has beautiful views . The hotel Itself is spectacular with great facilities. My family and I spent Christmas there this year from the 20th to the 28th and we stayed in ten resort houses. Unfortunately there was a lot of plumbing problems and the kitchen floor flooded multiple times. The hotel staff moved us to a more luxurious house which we were very appreciative of. The second house was so beautiful with marble floors and very modern interior design. The power went out quite frequently in both houses . There are some plumbing and electrical problems that need to be addressed in their houses but overall a fantastic trip!
Spent 4 nights in September in the end of my summer vacations because I had never stayed in this part of the Algarve. The resort is huge, but I enjoy walking, so these daily walks were quite pleasant. Stayed in the garden apartments - that are brand new, and was upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit. The best part of the resort are the gardens and the beach. Breakfast was good but there was always a line, so each day I would arrive sooner, and it worked quite well. Restaurants were good, but overall expensive, when you have great options at walking distance if you leave the resort, for a third of the price. Fell in love with this place, but would not dare going in August. September was good, October should be perfect. Always had beach chairs available (included in the price) on the beach and at all the outdoor pools. Had the indoor pool all for myself and my daughter for over an hour. Every morning the bird that appears on the Resort's logo would visit our apartment´s garden. So cute! Also, service was always impeccable. Even during breakfast, that clearly was the busiest of times. I already booked my return stay!…
My second stay here and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful hotel, wonderful friendly staff, COVID safe and secure. The hotel was spotlessly clean with all sun beds being disinfected after each use, both around the pools and on the beach. Daily made service very efficient providing fresh water and replacement coffee tea etc.. golf course in immaculate condition and the weather couldn’t have been better. And to top it all without even requesting it, the management delivered a lovely bottle of sparking wine (Method Champagne) to my room on my birthday. The only slight downside is the hotel restaurants are very expensive to eat and drink in. However there are a number of decent restaurants across the main road just outside the front entrance and also down the road, not to mention the village of Olhos D’Agua which is only a 20 minute walk (5 minutes taxi ride) away. All in all a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. …
10 Nights in a 2 bedroom suite Building S1 Flamingo with 3 balcony’s and views into the quite pine tree area, top floor, daily house keeping even while corona, everyone has been friendly, great breakfast buffet, super clean resort area and so many outlets to choose from. Service is/was excellent while we are here. Thanks to everyone, Axel
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, absolutely luxury, with 2 huge rooms, 2 bathrooms, huge terrace! We loved it.. first I made booking for 2 nights, but we prolonged for 3 :)) could not resist :) What we liked: Our apartment - super clean, spacious, modern Beach - absolutely amazing, clean, and well maintained Personnel - very friendly and helpful, they answer via bonvoy chat within 2 minutes! What could be better: Some salt, oil, towels in the kitchen, a bit of detergent to wash clothes.. we had to buy all that for our 3 nights stay - not very comfy Prices - the resort is already quite expensive, and they want you to pay for spa (30 EUR), for sunbeds (those that are in the 1st raw cost 90 EUR - seriously?!), prices in the restaurants - very, very high Even so I would definitely come back once more! Because it is just amazing place.…
