WIFI - A bit hit and miss but if you persevere you will always get on, I used the guest and free WiFi, there was also a premium WiFi available but I did not buy this.

Went with my 3yo ang 12yo in the middle of October. Hotel is pretty, rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, far more than needed, big plus. Amazing art on walls, impressed! Only minus is the all inclusive menu, very limited, breakfast was every day the same, mostly English food. In the middle of our stay small bar next to the bigger pool got closed and you had to make quite a trip to the small pool to get drinks or snacks, despite the fact they were prepared in the small bar anyway (we had to wait for the snacks to be prepared there and brought to small pool, which was bizarre, as you had to come back there anyway 🤔) Staff was polite and friendly, apart from the blond girl from entertainment team, she wasn't inviting at all, actually I thought she's quite rude. Apart from that, I do recommend the hotel, it's amazing value for money.…
