Location is very central, but prices are a little bit high compared to old rooms. Staff is very polite and helpgul. There is pool on the top of the hotel, but it is not possible to be clean due to constant winds which are bringing leaves etc. Albufeira is nice city packed with British and Dutch people, but again like...

My partner and I are waiting on our pick up as we speak so I thought I'd take a moment to write this review. Location of this hotel is good. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach and the Old Town bars and resturants are right on your doorstep. Bear in mind there is a very steep hill so...

I have just returned from a 6 night stay at Colina Do Mar with my partner. On arrival to the hotel we were greeted warmly at the reception and issued our room key. There are 30 rooms within the hotel situated over four floors plus a basement. The rooms were spacious and tidy although rather dated. The bathrooms require a...

I just spent a six night break at Colina Do Mar. The location of this hotel is superb , literally just steps away from the vibrant town square, five minutes walk from the excellent beach. The hotel is within walking distance of all of the bars eateries . The hotel is a dated quite run down site , however I...

This hotel is clean comfortable and in a excellent location, we had no complaints at all it is just a short walk to the main square Which has all the bars and entertainment. The only little problem is that it is located on a very steep hill.

A simple clean small room - dated furniture and look. The room constantly smelled of chlorine - which disappeared after ventilating the room. They did provide a cot. Breakfast was truly hopeless and I think they should not even bother with it ! All in all, its very basic and good value for the price. Not ideal for families.

We stayed at the Colina Do Mar because it looked like good value for a 7 night getaway. We had read the reviews and we were not expecting anything special. This is how you should approach this hotel. After all, you go on holiday to lie on a beach, see new sights and go pillar- box red sunbathing, not spend...

If you are looking for a reasonably priced no frills hotel within 5 minutes walk of square and beach this is perfect. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean, towels changed daily. Breakfast is typical continental buffet but adequate. O Veleiro restaurant at bottom of hill has an excellent tourist menu 4 course plus half...
