Nice hotel,poor resort.

Spent a week here and couldn’t fault it too much,lovely entrance and foyer,friendly hard working staff,our pool view studio was nicely decorated and modern,a little tight for space especially the verandah which was tiny. Pool area was crowded but a nice garden area available with plenty of sun beds.Pool itself is small and not suitable for swimming any distance but adequate for a cool dip. It’s about 30 minute walk to the old town and around 15 from the strip and a similar distance to the closest beach.There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby offering good food at value. All in all a good stay and if in Albufeira would stay again,in saying that it has changed a bit since I was last there,we found it now was full of gangs of stags,hens and noisy groups,the strip is like Dodge city and for us a no go area with the old town not much better.A pity as our memories of it had been much more couple and family oriented resort.…

Fabulous Hotel

Just returned from a fantastic first time visit to Portugal .We booked this trip for ( 3 sisters) for a short break away. From the minute we walked through the doors of the hotel we were greeted with a smile and an Early check in which was fantastic.The cleanliness throughout the hotel is Amazing and the smell of cleanliness is just fab.The staff were all very nice and friendly throughout our stay. They even printed out our boarding passes the night before we left without any hesitation. We stayed B&B and I cannot recommend the breakfast enough. There was a fabulous selection to suit everyone and my fav was the fabulous coffees😋everything was so fresh each day. We stayed on the third floor Room 312 which was a family suite with a pool view - this had 2 bedrooms which was so spacious and also 2 bathrooms-which helped a lot whilst 3 woman were getting ready in evenings. It also had a kitchenette & dinning & living room area. Very spacious rooms with very comfy beds also. I have already recommended this hotel to family & friends and I will surely stay again when I visit Portugal next Thank you to all the wonderful staff for our fabulous stay - 10/10 …

Outstanding stay in fabulous hotel

Just returned from a fantastic 1st time visit to Portugal .I had booked it for my hubbys 50 th bday pressie.From min we walked thru the doors of the hotel we were blown away.The cleanliness thru out the hotel is OUTSTANDING the staff r lovely and willing to help when needed .As our flgt was early our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at hotel after 9 am we’re told to come bk for 1. .We did and were given r room stayed on 3rd floor and room was perfect for us both .Couldn’t recommend this hotel enuf 10/10 we will b bk

Excellent hotel. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. It's in the perfect location for two amazing beaches , restaurants and shops. We stayed self catering but had breakfast in the restaurant for €13 it was fabulous worth every penny. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked for latter in the year.

Great week

Great hotel can’t understand all The negative reviews. Nice pool, spotlessly clean. Great bar. Pleasant reception. Minor gripe is the pillows were lumpy. All major issue is only saw the maid once during the whole week Would I come back? Yes, in a heartbeat

Very good value for money.

Stayed in this fine establishment for a week, a few wee tweaks needed here and there but nothing major, we had a studio which was very comfortable, the maids changed bed and towels daily, to the management I would say maybe beakers or mugs in the kitchen as the cups are very small also maybe scouring pads and washing up liquid in the kitchen so that guests don't have to visit shops to buy them, this is not criticism just a few wee things that may help sell this place for future visitors. But all in all really enjoyed my stay at the santa eulalia, BTW Carlos was very,very welcoming and helpful.

nice early breakaway

as always a great hotel i think this was the sixth time we have stayed over the years i emailed prior to our stay requesting a low floor room as my wife is on walking stinks and was very happy as we were allocated a low floor family suite which was very spacious i felt the room was ready for some kind of make over decoration wise but was well equipped and very comfatoble and yes ear plugs are a must for the late night revellers returning back great area for bars and cafe's oura bar sol cafe and teasers are very close by for cheap food and drink we did the strip twice which was a struggle for my wife to walk to but did it steady i would not advise family's with young children to venture to over the weekend due to the stag and hens groups to be honest it got a bit scary at times try the wander in for good food and their pie's are must over all a great stay with fantastic weather all week thank you tui for a great early break/holiday and would advise to stay in the hotel…

Lovely stay

I walked in the lobby and checked in from that moment everything and everybody who worked there were so nice.The room had a very comfortable bed a nice kitchen with a lovely bathroom the balcony was a good size

Short break

Just home from a short break. We enjoyed the hotel and the location was ideal. I was worried about it being too close the strip but didn’t impact us whatsoever. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, but would benefit from some modernisation. Lovely view from the balcony. Would happily stay again.

Value For Money

The entrance area is excellent - floor to ceiling marble and the reception staff very personable. The room was more than adequate with a small kitchen and fridge. Only negatives groups of stags/hens and very late cleaning of rooms.
