Stayed in this central hotel one night, business trip. I don't like poor feedbacks but I did not have a good experience. While the staff is gently and amenities are good (pool, lobby bar) rooms are not decent and my own bathroom was dirty. My business partner did not have the same issue but I defenetely was disappointed. I complained by the lobby but nothing happened. Bad story, low revenue.

The room was comfortable and the conditions were acceptable for a 3 star hotel... but the restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. The soup was magnificent, the cod fish was ok but the Siricaia desert was the best one I've ever had. A 5 star restaurant with great food and service. Recommended!

We had lunch here after visiting the Adega Mayor on a weekend of grape picking and wine tasting. The 4 course lunch was part of the wine tasting deal, and although we were surprised to be directed to a 3 star hotel after being at the incredible stunning winery, the service and food were great. The staff were so attentive and so friendly - it's hard to compare this professional service to any other place we have been. The octopus carpaccio was delicious; amazing flavours. The gazpacho was a nice course in between the main beef Wellington dish, followed by a traditional local desert. All very good, finished off with the locally produced Delta coffee and chocolates. I would return here!

I stayed for one night only and I found it a bit pricy for a 3 star hotel, but the facilities are good and the staff is extremely nice and very helpful. I didn't get the chance to try it, but the hotel also had a very nice swimming pool.

Didn't stay in this hotel but had dinner here as we are staying at a nearby campsite. The restaurant is open from 7 30pm to 10 pm and is open to non residents. The menu was in Portugeuse but the waitress translated it for us. She was also very helpful giving us leaflets about the local area. We had a main meal but had a tuna salad with bread as a starter for free and also cheese and crackers after the main meal .The meal of black pork ( a local wild pig) was lovely . And with the complimentary starter and cheeses plus a bottle of local wine came to just over £35. We also got a free bottle of water. They were very helpful and ordered us a taxi back to the campsite after the meal. A very good evening and hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly even though we weren't even staying there.
