Such a relaxing and pleasant place... Service outstanding.. Rooms well appointed and vibe was wonderful. Hard to beat especially the natural beauty of the area. The food was fantastic and the entire experience was so relaxing. Advice - wake early and watch the sunrise..
Just left the Luna Sea inn after a three day get away. This is my second time there. Doc Linda and all her staff made our stay there amazing. We felt like one of the family. The food is so amazing. It might take a bit of time to get your food but everything is made from scratch and love. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to just get away and relax. The views from your porch is unbelievable
A four night stay at the Luna Sea Inn was the perfect break from the real world. The owner treated us like family. The food was delicious and the staff friendly. We had a wonderful guide who took us to waterfalls, the Pelican Bar, introduced us to roadside jerk chicken, and kept a close eye on us the entire time to be sure we were safe. I could not have asked for a better view from our room - open the door and the ocean is right there. The rooms were simple, but clean. Even though it was not close to the airport in Montego Bay, it was worth the drive and the peaceful feeling.
The property is nestled on the ocean with a small beach and amazing sunsets. We were treated like royalty by the owner, Linda, and her staff. Our driver, Kris, became our personal tour guide for some great adventures to see the island. The property is located away from the tourist resorts and we quickly learned about island time which meant time to relax. The rooms are clean and the food was delicious. I loved our visit to the Pelican Bar. Thanks to everyone at the Luna Sea for taking such great care of us.
This place is terrible! Don’t waste your time by stopping here. We waited for almost 2 hours to get served food that was cold and ended up walking out. The lady owner asked us to “give them a break” because they had only one chef. We could have made a better meal from scratch in a fraction of the time. Feel violated as this is a couple hours of our time that we will never regain. Avoid at all costs.
This cozy little treasure was a home away from home. From the rooms to the view to the amenities and adventure to the staff to the food at the restaurant.... All were absolutely amazing. If you haven't been there you really should go whether you are a local or a tourist. This is pretty little gem.
I stayed at Luna Sea Inn for 4 days and every day was an adventure without having to leave the hotel. Situated on the ocean edge the views are immaculate. They have paddle boards and kayaks available to explore the coast or snorkel at the natural reef only a short kayak away. The staff was attentive and kind, the food was always delicious, and the owners local connections made booking excursions a breeze.
I passed Luna sea in going to Kingston and just so stunning the location and property had to return to experience it . My first experience, a freindly welcome followed by a complimentary delicious cocktail at bar restaurant which is surrounded by the bay . I also had the pleasure of meeting Linda the owner whom I became immediate friends . The food is incredible , the snapper couldn't have been fresher or better prepared. The staff are great Nev the Manger efficient kind and freindly , Brain chief ,.Sadine housekeeping lovely Moses bartender to name a few all excellent team . The grounds so beautiful with a added bonus of a gazebo that jets out in the ocean with comfortable seats in where u can just feel your part of the bay with breaktaking views and big fish to view .The rooms all face the water and listening to the waves anytime even whilst in bed towas bliss . My room even had a rock shower and. window that looked out to bay ! A great touch for me real blue mountain coffee served with my delicious breakfast whilst mesmerized by the beauty all around me . A added bonus was snorkeling since surrounded by reef .using kayaking to near by caves or paddle boarding all equipment for use included in price anytime then laying in deck chairs without a trouble in the world. I just couldn't recommend this unquie gem of a inn perched on the bay anymore and so coming back !…
I host a yoga retreat here yearly and we are welcomed back each year with open arms. It is as easy decision to go back. This place is just what we need for peace and quiet. With amazing views right from your pillow.
We went for lunch here last week with a local friend. Such a cute seaside inn, beautiful location right on the water. The food was wonderful! We had a great time visiting and hanging out for the afternoon. The staff was very friendly.
