Fabulous location. Close to Cloth Hall, Menin Gate, etc. Newly furnished bathroom, excellent continental breakfast and incredibly warm and friendly hosts meant a wonderful stay over New Year's. Just take care with the stairs....fine for us backpackers but good luck carrying a suitcase up them.

Friendly and helpful staff. Ground floor bistro, where breakfast was also served, was light and airy, and very popular with local people. Bedrooms up a steep staircase. Bedroom was a good size with a small ensuite.

If I am honest no - but it is a popular place with cyclists. There were several there when I stayed.
