As always this Hotel does not fail to impress. From the welcome at Reception to the quality of the rooms and the wonderful restaurant, everything is perfect. The food in the restaurant is so good that you need to reserve at lunchtime to be sure of getting a table (it is full of locals, which is a good indication of... More

From the moment we entered the Ariane we knew we had made the right choice. A most charming and helpful receptionist who gave us information on where to go during our short stay.. As we arrived early and our room wasn't ready we started to explore the charming town and on returning to check in officially were greeted by an... More

A good modern(ish) hotel with larger than average rooms from which you can walk to the main attractions (like the Menin gate). The staff are multilingual (being `Belgian and all that) and there are just enough of them. It's sad to see that staff numbers in France for example are paired right to the bone almost everywhere. We didn't eat... More

This Hotel is absolutely tops - don't get me wrong, 'ts not posh or upper in any way though its absolute quality in every way. The Owners and Management have obviously instilled the "Customers are King" policy as this feels genuine throughout the entire staff members which respectfully also includes the cleaners. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean, quality and... More

This location was chosen for us through our tour group and they chose well. Absolutely delightful, this would have to be one of the best hotels we have stayed at in quite some time. Great location, well appointed comfortable rooms (17), friendly very approachable staff who all speak very good English, which made our stay even more comfortable. Very nice... More

This place has it all: nice rooms, friendly staff, good food, rich breakfast, perfectly located (quiet place but right next to the city center), and a good place to have a business meeting. I've been here a couple of times, and it feels like coming home, time and time again!
