Fabulous stay, Nancy and Dirk very welcoming and helpful. Top class accommodation and breakfast. Close to town on foot. Eiper is well worth visiting and if you can take a tour of the nearby WW1 commemorative sites.

Quiet location in a residential neighbourhood, about a 5 minute walk to the centre. Parking is on the street, but most of our visit within a block of the B&B. Our room was large, modern and comfortable, faced the street but except for temporary construction starting at 7 a.m., very quiet, even with open windows. Nancy is an excellent hostess,...

Quite simply this is the best B&B we have ever stayed in. The room and bathroom were spotless and fitted out like a 5 star hotel with very comfortable beds, plenty of cupboard space and a large bathroom with bath and shower. The breakfast has to be seen to be believed with a large selection of rolls, bread, pastries, cheese,...

While this was our first stay with Nancy and Dirk we will definitely be returning next year. From the lovely room to the delicious breakfast, everything about our stay there was just right. Even the road works outside were not really a big deal at all. We really appreciated the fact that Nancy goes out of her way to make...

We have stayed in B&B @Rooms three times now and cannot fault it. The location is perfect for easy access to the centre of Ypres and the Menin Gate. The accommodation is lovely and the beds extremely comfortable. Nancy and Dirk are excellent hosts who are very kind, helpful and attentive. We would have no hesitation in recommending B&B@Rooms.

We have visited B&B@Rooms three times and every time Dick and Nancy have been exceptional hosts and provided lovely accommodation and a sumptuous breakfast . Their knowledge of the area is good too... Dick recommended we walked round the old walls which gave us a different perspective of Ypres .We would recommend their home unreservedly. Jane and Mike

We were over the moon about Nancy and Dirks hospitality and kindness, and appreciated their attention to detail. B&B @Rooms is ideally located: it takes only a few minute walk from the heart of Ypres and it is the perfect place to discover the surroundings. The stylish room and bathroom are well equipped and spotless. We had an excellent rest...

My wife and I arrived by rented car from Lille, after several days in London. Our plan was to visit several locations where Canadian and British forces fought during the First War. B&B Room's is well located for this purpose, and Nancy was very helpful. There are nice restaurants close by, and the centre of the town with shops and...

Two of us stayed at Room's for two nights in July (2016). Our stay in Ieper was part of a tour of the WW1 battlefields in France and Belgium. Nancy and Dirk are friendly, gracious hosts. Very knowledgeable about the many museums of the Ypres salient area. We were given a warm welcome in Flemish, Dutch and English, including plenty...

It happened that there were no free hotels in Ieper for my business stay there for a week.. and I am happy out of the fact. We came upon the B&B Rooms and warm welcome of Nancy. Everything was just perfect, each small detail was exactly on its place. The breakfast was really nice and there were locally manufactured foods.....
