Sonja and Marc went out of their way to welcome us into their home, then give us guidance to find a local cemetery that was on out must-see list. Their knowledge of the history of this area is fascinating and engaging

A charming B&B two miles outside of Ypres. Four of us arrived on three motorcycles and we asked if we would like them locked in the garage? Yes please. The owner then made two trips into Ypres with us to save walking or taxi. Most welcome as it was 30c! The rooms are very clean and have tea/coffee etc. Very... More

Having stayed here several times before, it was delightful to return and enjoy the hospitality of Sonja and Marc! The rooms were as comfortable and well-equipped as ever, and the breakfast is very satisfying. I look forward to returning in July!

You will not be disappointed with your stay with Sonia and partner. Made to feel very welcome and a very easy location to find and ideal for the surrounding museums and battlefields. A bit of journey back into Ypres but five minutes drive sees you in the centre of town. We will certainly be returning in the future. Thanks guys... More

Lovely, friendly, inviting, warm B&B with excellent hosts Sonja and Marc. The accommodation is spotless, the location is perfect for Battlefield Trips and the hosts are the most welcoming I have come across in a very long time. The breakfast is also perfect and you will definitely not go hungry!! TOTALLY recommend this B&B to all.

If you have a car STAY HERE! Sonja & Marc are the most attentive, knowledgable and friendly hosts a person could ask for. Nothing is too much trouble, from interesting (and long) but beautiful walks within the area, to the hand marked map of the important memorials & sites of WW1. As a solo female traveller this is without doubt... More

Fantastic! Very friendly owners who cannot do enough for you. It is like staying with family. Rooms very clean and comfortable. First rate facilities. Very filling breakfast and as much as you can eat. If you want anything, just ask. Nothing is too much trouble. I am gluten free, and they ensured that I had freshly baked bread every day.... More

Simple continental breakfast but plenty of it.The owners friendly , speak good English and very helpful.....even brought us a fan for the evening when temps were in mid 30's centigrade. Would definately stay here again.
