An extreamly nice hotel, beatiful interior and design. Very big beatiful room with amenities. Only lacking somewhere to hang coats. Also nice bar. And very convenient location, short walk to restaurants and the tower etc. And not to mention the really nice and professional staff. And the breakfast - good good good as well.
Stayed one night at Hotel Messeyne, what a lovely hotel. Lovely reception area, dining area and bar area. Very cosy with the open fires roaring. Rooms were perfect, well equipped and stylish. Coffee maker in the room, lovely bathroom. With hairdryer and robes. Staff are very helpful and multilingual. Lovely continental breakfast with meats, cheese, bread, cereal and yogurts. Delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel, nice and close to the town centre.
I didn’t stay here, personally, but two colleagues both said how good the rooms were. Had a meet up with drinks - Colas, coffee and a beer. Good parking here, and the staff are very friendly. A very smart, tidy hotel.
We stayed here two nights while visiting the Flanders area. The hotel is very modern, clean and quiet which is all you need. The room was large, the bathroom was very clean and the furnishings were also very nice. The hotel is very well run and on a very quiet street. Breakfast had the usual buffet items but eggs were made to order. Make sure to ask the attendant for your order if he doesn't find you first. For dinner and lunch, there are many nice restaurants with outdoor seating exist within 5 minutes at the nearby town square. We had no problem finding our way around this small area and the square is delightful. We had a car and the hotel has it's own parking lot on the premises. There's also a nice small park right behind the hotel which makes it nice when having breakfast outside - weather permitting. Overall, I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.…
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay here as part of our 27th wedding anniversary, on a mini tour of Belgium. Elegant, charming and stylish, with thoughtful extras, the welcoming staff, the well stocked bar, and the plentiful al fresco breakfasts made for a great two night stay.
