We visited hotel in combination with a visit to Kortrijk, Ypres and the Belgian coast. A trendy, special hotel. Design is minimalistic, but comfortable. Integration of the old windmill in the design is very nice. De rooms are large and very clean. The 'open' design if the bathroom is a bit special, but nice for a change. Beds are very...

If U are looking for something downtown, not recommended since no where near town and the nearest restaurant is about 1km away... Note no dinner service.. But breakfast has a nice selection :) Besides not being in the central, this is a really cool and lovely place to be! Smack in a nice housing estate.. This unique piece of structure...

The design of the building is definitely unique and very nice... from the outside. The inside is modern but that seems to include having to pass through dark corridors (lights changing colours and sometimes no lights at all) to get to your bedroom. The same goes for the gym, which is immersed in darkness half the time (needless to say...

I exactly don't recommend this hotel to anybody. the hotels seems to be for dead people. there is nobody around at all, even the staff!!! so the service level is very bad, location is not convenient unless you have a car. there is a spa but it is only open for couple of hours. they are also charging for it....

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and weren't impressed. We booked via travel bird at a very reasonable rate. We booked one of the suites as this was a special weekend for my birthday. Checkin was fairly easy and staff was friendly. iPod they give you as a key is a nice gadget but didn't work perfectly. We...

The photos taken are not that recent. The place is just very worn and tired. The room we stayed in had a white carpet with many stains on it. This place just needs a major clean. The restaurant was not open so no food, I was told the chef was on holiday. The place is massively under staffed with the...

i spent two nights in this hotel. They work with ipods which is funny and cool, however my ipod was not charged well so did not work nice. It is a strange hotel as the halls are dark and you have the feeling you are in prison. The rooms though are nice and spacy. Great Hansgrohe showers but everything gets...

I booked 5 rooms on Expedia for 9 members of my family. We were on a visit to a WW1 cemetery where my great uncle was buried. Upon arrival I was told there was no record of my booking and they didn't have the rooms as the hotel was fully booked. The female receptionist was completely humourless and seemed to...

Dear Mr Dale Thank you very much for your review about our hotel. I remember your case very well since I was the barman as you so kindly refer to. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication between our reservations and front office so all of the rooms got cancelled instead of just one as you asked. I'm glad about the review...
