The Imperial hotel is in a fantastic location in Ostende just minutes walk to the beach or many shops, pubs and restaurants. We spent two nights here with our young daughter the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of choice and all nice and freshly made. We were on floor 6 and you sometimes had to wait...

An absolutely shocking place to stay at not even reasonable prices, over £100 per night to sleep in a single bed on top of a plastic sheet , really hot and sweaty and very noisy from the street outside! The bath was 4 foot long so I could not sit in it being six foot tall, the shower was at...

Stayed for 2 nights, a short break with friends. Public areas are good, the breakfast room is ok, but avoid at busy times. The breakfast was below average, with poor quality products. The tea and juice were fine. The rooms, were painted in the most awful and depressing colour I have ever seen in an hotel room, dated furniture, with...

The breakfast Lady and Night auditor were sympathic and if you like to read, there is a nice Salon with chairs...

Staff were friendly and helpful but a little slow. Breakfast was basic continental but quite good, a nice comfortable well presented breakfast restaurant. The bar is small and very quiet mid week but nice. The rooms are good size and clean but basic. The beds and bedding are cheap and not overly comfortable. The bathroom really needs a shower curtain...

Clean and tidy room. Bathroom / shower; bath had no shower curtain, so shower unit was useless. Day staff seemed a tad miserable. Night staff happier. Bar OK and cosy in the evening. Breakfast was average; scrambled eggs ok but mini sausages were horrid. Coffee always an issue of running out and not being topped up in time, thus queues....

Hotel is located close to The Casino, seaside beachwalk and Shopping streets, also direct coastal tram access. Reception is clean and room registration goes quick and friendly. Rooms are a bit on the donwside, Mattresses and Pillows need a change, at least if you weigh more than 100Kg, who creates a flat Sandwich effect. Bathroom also has a strange feature...
