I have stayed in many hotels both in the UK and across the world, and this is one of the best. It is quirky, contemporary, stylish and spotlessly clean. The whole atmosphere is great, the interrior very stylish, not to mention the slide, the table tennis and boxing punch bag along with the various artefacts around the place, that really make it unique. I stayed with my wife and two young children and it was ideal. The room was large, very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast - wow, a great selection to choose from. My only slight minor point is the lack of parking, however having said that, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and gave us a range of options to park the car. The vast amount of positives massively outweighed the parking issue. The reception staff said that the hotel was one year old - honestly, it looked like it had just opened it was that clean and tidy. If only there were more hotels like this in the world. Great place, a great find, would highly recommend to anyone staying in Ostend.

Very nice hotel. We really like the styling. But please guys, clean your windows. The windows at the street side were very dirty. Seems that you didn’t clean them for years. You see them from the restaurant and this gives a real negative aspect.

What can I say we were a party of 8 people ranging from a 1 year old to a 63 year old and we all loved it. We booked 2 extra large rooms and the rooms are very large and loads of facilities. We loved the USB ports all over the hotel and in the rooms so handy. The check in was very quick and we asked about parking. The parking place was easy to find and for 24 hrs cost us 22 euros. We parked outside the hotel to unload all of our baggage and then parked the car. They also have a storage cage to store your luggage in before you leave. We paid for breakfast and I can say it is one of the best breakfasts we had on our week long tour around France, Belgium and Holland. The kids (8 & 7) loved the slide and I couldn't say how many times they went down it but I can say all the adults had 1 go!. There are board games and books for the kids & table tennis so the kids didn't get bored while we had a drink at the bar. It would be nice if they did evening meals but we walked into the town to get something to eat and its not far at all. The beach promenade is at the end of the hotel so it was nice to walk there in the morning. The hotel is full of quirky things every were and I have to say we just loved it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a hotel trying to cover up the fact that it is a left over from Ostend’s architecturally-free mid-century period - complete with pokey rooms with no outlook (unless a cigarette-butted lightwell qualifies) with a strained attempt at a on-trend makeover - all dark hues, raw concrete and oh-so-hip meaningless messaging scrawled across walls - more fitting of some of the grittier parts of Brussels than a sunny seaside setting. It’s only redemption was a decent breakfast and waterfall shower.
