As soon as you walk into the hotel you feel the grandeur. Cosy salons to read or relax, impressive staircase at the reception, wonderful garden etc. The standard room we had booked was finished to a high standard. Although the hotel is very centrally located it was very silent. Breakfast was very good, ample choice and very well organised to handle covid restrictions. All the staff were very friendly. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The menu was pricey but the food was of excellent quality and very nicely presented. Next time I go to Brugge I will definitely stay at the Dukes’ Palace again.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel and are looking forward to coming back for a second time. The room was fantastic and the breakfast delicious with a wide choice of food and drinks. The location is central right in the heart of Bruges, but still silent. Inside the hotel you can also see a lot of beautiful art and architecture.

We stay at Dukes‘s Palace for second time and we would prefer to stay at every time we visit Brugge. The hotel was very good prepared to the neu restrictions due to COVID, the breakfast was well organised and nothing was missed. Very friendly staff, very clean hotel room and hotel. The atmosphere in this hotel places you in an other time and allow you to relax in the middle of the city with a beautiful garden.

The building is really impressive and of course the location is great. We were also happy with our room and the check-in was very friendly and smoothless. We did not like the service at the bar. The staff was very very unattentive although there were not many guests around. It was really difficult to get their attention and to finally get drinks. The quality and presentation of the drinks was fine. I was also not impressed with the breakfast. I understand that they have to take corona measures but found it odd that I was allowed to take a piece of bread but not a piece of cheese and had to wait for unattentive staff - again. The staff seemed to be stressed and was a bit unfriendly. Not the waitress but the supervisor who quite ruidly informed about the corona rules. There was a lot of choice but the "hot" food was not hot and the atmosphere was cold and I felt quite uncomfortable. All in all an "ok" experience.

Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We regret to read that both bar & breakfast did not meet your expectations. Be sure we'll look into this, since this is not our way to proceed and offer service to our guests. It is true that the COVID 19 measures are not easy to implement, however both guest and staff safety are currently our primary concern. In the hope to welcome you again in Hotel Dukes' Palace on another occasion. Kind regards, Hotel Dukes' Palace
