The staff was excellent. The room was very clean. I appreciated the fact that is was so close to everything. The breakfast was excellent. I truly appreciated the complimentary beverages. What was really convenient was the parking garage. Even though it was not on the property it was close enough to walk. Christine was very friendly and provided me a map listing all the places to see. Excellent experience

Just visited Bruges for a 4 night break and picked this hotel through tripadvisor. What a gem. Its position is ideal only 10 minute walk from main square and thestaff are so kind and helpful (special mention to Christine, ann and Mohammed) and all others including kitchen and cleaning teams. The hotel is superbly comfortable and clean with an excellent breakfast. Its popular so you are lucky to get in, but if you do just enjoy, you will not be disappointed . Thank you all, we will be back

A very nice hotel in a quiet suburb just outside the centre of Bruges. Breakfast is included and is a very nice continental breakfast. The hotel is well maintained, quiet and spacious. It’s a short walk into the centre, maybe 10 mins to Burg Square. It even has a locked parking garage close by for €20 per night.

Fabulous little hotel. Beds are comfortable and everywhere is spotless. The staff are friendly and nothing is a trouble to them. Ali even arranged us a lovely breakfast when we had an early train to catch.

Very comfortable hotel. We had a corner room overlooking the canal which was large and lovely. Short walk to the centre of Bruges, under 10 mins. Very friendly staff. There's no pool or gym, but we weren't looking for either of those. Free continental breakfast was very good. Ideal for anyone looking for a short break in this wonderful city.

Room Tip: Good walking shoes essential if you plan a lot of walking in Bruges' cobbled streets. 😀

Lovely hotel by a canal and in a good location for a nice 5 miniut walk to the center of Bruges. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, self service with a variety of continental and cooked food. We found the room quiet and clean with a large comfy bed. Would stay there again.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and had excellent service. It is located a short stroll to the downtown and all the sites. We were able to see some attractions in the morning then come back to the room for a nap before heading back to see more and have supper. Felt safe the whole time.

We stayed here over our weekend visit to Bruges. Overall it was decent. However, the bathroom had a distinct poo smell and on the second morning the bathplug backed up and wouldn’t drain…it didn’t smell great. We reported it and it was dealt with promptly, unfortunately whoever dealt it left toilet paper/tissue on the basin side with some not very nice looking stuff in it. Obviously we flushed it away. The facilities are basic but comfortable and the breakfast is good. Would I stay again? Probably not but as we were out most of the time it sufficed for this trip.
