Terrible customer service. Have been traveling internationally for decades and have never felt the need to write a negative review before Hotel Bla Bla. My family and I had to regretfully cancel our stay 4 days before due to Covid and repeatedly called and emailed the hotel to cancel. They refused to respond until after the refund window expired and then refused to refund the stay. David the owner was left multiple messages, muliple emails and could not extend the courtesy of a response and then charged us for the room despite having days advance notice. Considering the numerous other negative reviews on other sites, one can only assume their terrible service extends to those staying there, so stay at your peril,

This is just perfect! Don't look any further. Bed, rooms, location. 5/5 Inside the hotel you find well refurbished rooms to meet the expectations of modern hotel. Outside you see the nicely preserved history of the building! There is even private inner yard for hanging out. Overall super comfortable stay. Location could not be any better, you can see the whole city just by walking. Plenty of very nice restaurants right next door! I have never met such 'personalized hospitality' during during my travels. If its in their power or resources, the staff will provide. There is also car parking hall right next door, 24h was about 14€.

The hotel was perfect for our trip! The hotel owner was very flexible, helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and also there was space to hangout together with friends. Location was also really good for us. Everything went really well when staying at the Hotel Bla Bla. Highly recommend!

Place is cozy and clean. Staff was super helpful, whatever we asked for they wanted to help us. Location couldn't be better, middle of the centrum, shops and markets near by and parking was also next to the hotel.

TL;DR Staff = kind Location = perfect Rooms = cozy, modern and tidy The hotel staff was great. They were always kind and doing a lot more than what we expected or asked for. We had some special needs and they adjusted to meet them. They were able to make us breakfast earlier one day and later the other. They also allowed us a belated check-out so we didn't have to carry our luggage with us on the day we left. The hotel itself was really clean; the rooms were cozy and bathrooms modern. At the end of our stay the hotel almost felt like home. The hotel is located in the center of Bruges. We we're positively surprised how quick it was to get anywhere. You just walk out the hotel and already are on one of the beautiful streets of Bruges.

Clean, comfortable rooms and common areas and most of all friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately due to rainy October weather we could not really enjoy the beautiful, cozy garden! Great location at the heart of the old town. Highly recommended!

Great place! Friendly owner, who managed to answer to all our request. Great location in the city centre, and all-around a sweet place to stay. Regular breakfast with bread, yoghurt, cereals etc. It was a nice penthouse room for us, with a large bed. And a cosy courtyard also in the middle of the buildings. Everything was nice and smooth!

Great location (15-min walk from train station; 5-minute walk to spectacular town square). Bed was comfy; view out the window (room 6) provided a sample of the medieval architecture. Staff were friendly and the breakfast room wasn’t crowded. However, the people in the room above me must have been wearing subwoofers on their feet because the sound really boomed whenever they walked around up there. Overall though, I’m happy with my choice to stay there. Note: there is a soap dispenser on the wall; you have to squeeze the bottle from the middle. Took me a minute to figure that out.

Lovely little guest house, very central, rooms very clean, and lovely staff. I haven't had the breakfast here myself, so can't comment, but from what I've seen it looks like your standard continental breakfast. I have a standard twin room, it's small, but the bathroom ensuite is modern and has a hairdryer, and beds are really comfy. Only small thing that would improve the rooms would be a kettle, but that's because I can't survive without coffee. Would recommend to anyone planning a short break in Bruges.

Wanted a hotel so that we could visit the Bruges Christmas Market and the Hotel Bla Bla was ideal for this. The hotel is centrally located. It is a quaint old building with large clean rooms. This is an ideal bed and breakfast. If you book though the hotel website or direct by phone or email then breakfast is included. Book through any other site and it is 10 euro per person. There are two Chrustmas markets and don't forget the regular Saturday market. Bla Bla is centrally located for all three. Bruges if course is full of bars restaurants and chocolate shops, highly recommended.
