We booked around eight weeks ahead through lastminute.com to stay at this hotel on our first visit to Bruges, for a long awaited and special weekend. It was only on arrival that we were told the hotel was full and we were bounced to the Crowne Plaza - a much cheaper, corporate hotel, in a much poorer location, and into...

My wife and I have stayed at the De Tuilerieen several times over the years and absolutely love it. An English guide book for Bruges describes this hotel as “The most luxurious hotel in town” and refers to its “courteous staff”. Alas, a year or so back customer service took a serious tumble based not just on our experience but...

What a find! Right in the centre of Bruges and so quaint and unique. The hotel staff were incredibly approachable and went above and beyond to help you. I thoroughly recommend this beautiful hotel. Will be visiting again when I come back to Bruges.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights at the start of the Christmas market season. It was lovely and quiet, great attentive service all the staff spoke amazing English and were very helpful with any problems, supplying us with adapters which we had forgotten. They gave us free drinks on arrival and always remembered who we were as...

This was our 4th visit to the Tuilerieen, so obviously we like it: plus points the brilliant location at the heart of old Bruges (almost next door to the wonderful Groeningen Museum and on the canal) and the feel of a grand old building. Our room was on the 3rd floor, beautifully decorated with character, but noisy at night as...

From arrival until we left the staff were so caring and happy to assist with anything we asked. The advice given on the area and places to eat and visit was very helpful and the knowledge of the staff was great. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a lovely setting and we couldn't of asked for anything more during...

This hotel is an absolute pleasure, located across from a canal and a few streets from the center of historic Bruges; unlike the center this street is not congested by the day tourists. Our room was quiet, comfortably sized with two double beds, provincial upholstered seating, an antique desk, and a nicely detailed mid-size luxury marble bathroom with a tub...

The hotel location is perfect for exploring the city. We used the car park which made it easy to park the car and very secure. Cost is 30 euros per day. The staff are all really helpful, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are a credit to the hotel. The breakfast is expensive at 25 euros...

We stayed at the hotel for one night last weekend and there is no doubt that it is a beautiful hotel. We had booked a standard double room and when we arrived we were shown a couple of room options, one very modern and one more traditional but extremely small. We asked if there was anything else as we were...
