Took advantage of their spring special which was an amazing deal including spa and breakfast with their most basic room. When they found out we were there to celebrate my 30th birthday they upgraded us to a junior suite!! The room was large, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the reasons I chose this...

Booked this hotel direct for a last minute Easter get away. Most of the other hotels were full but the Tuilerieen had space and a Spring Special Price which to be honest wasn't reassuring. However I was completely wrong. No idea why the hotel isn't full as it is fabulous. For a start the location is great, in a quiet...

We booked adjacent rooms for a family trip with our two children. Had rooms 144 and 145 which are up a staircase on their own. It meant we had the perfect private space for the four of us. Attentive and friendly service throughout our stay. The bar area is lovely and cosy for a drink after the kids were in...

Found this gem on a TripAdvisor hotel search. We loved it. Outstanding staff and service. Our room was wonderful! Make sure when you reserve to get a room that faces the canal!! Enjoy your stay - you won't be disappointed!

The hotel staff could not have been more helpful as the sat nav had a little trouble finding the location and that was just the start of the hotel demonstrating why it is so highly regarded. At every turn the staff were helpful, polite and accommodating. We were shown to the room on the top floor which turned out to...

I decided to take my husband away for his birthday, and for our first trip without our two young children. It was a complete surprise for him! I sent many e-mails to Kristoff Vandenheede and his staff over the few months before our trip to just ensure that everything was in order. They were fantastic. I cannot fault their customer...

Very chic, boutique hotel with spirit and sweet spa area. The front office team is making great efforts; all super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Josh for the perfect check-in and recommendations. Very much enjoyed the stay and the lovely junior suite. When In Bruges stay here!

We had a great one-night stay in Bruges. It was centrally located to the main square and walking distance to the train. The rooms were spacious and had everything you would need. Very helpful staff. The breakfast was not included so we chose to eat elsewhere. We really enjoyed our stay in Bruges and hope to return some day.

We stayed in an Executive room for 2 nights. The hotel is in a nice spot, about a 15 minute walk from the station and pretty central. The room was very nice and included a four poster bed and period features. The only down side was the lack of a view as we were at the back of the building....
