Central, clean, efficient. This hotel is ideal and situated within 5 to10 minutes of the Burg and Markt. The propriators are helpful when needed, the rooms are clean and attended to daily. The breakfast is extensive and appertising. One small critisism, not tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, that apart....... Need a hotel that is central, clean with a...

My husband and I have just returned from a three night stay and were amazed at how great this so called 3* hotel was. We found it very easily by foot from the train station and were delighted by both the hotel and the staff. The hotel is clean, comfortable and felt far grander then the three awarded stars. Our room was large...

Our family stayed here two nights and found the owners very friendly and helpful. They helped us deal with a rental vehicle issue that could have been a real problem. Rooms are not modern but are comfortable, although I agree with the comment about the small TVs. Fortunately if you are really enjoying Bruges, you won't have time for TV....

Garrett and Elvi do a wonderful job of making you feel welcome. You can see that they really put their hearts into running the hotel. Even Elvi's parents were there tending the beautiful garden. Gracious and accomodating without being overtly friendly. Only negative comments are that we would have liked to have feather pillows and a top sheet on the...

My friend and I both went here this passed June. We stood 2 days and believe me that's enough time for Brugges, Belgium. The weather was on our side and it was quite lovely. The hotel was very endearing, both me and my friend had a good stay there. I will warn you of one thing, the beds are soft....

This hotel is actually a beautiful converted mansion and you can’t help but feel transported to a different time. Inside the entrance, dining and drawing rooms sit alongside reception. A large spiral staircase takes you upstairs to the bedrooms. It was quite a stunning building, but the fact you were sleeping in bedrooms within a mansion gave it a slight...

We stayed 3 nights and loved everything about it. Owners are very nice and helpful. Room (superior) was large and nicely decorated. Hotel has elevator and is in a great location. Breakfast (described by others) is delicious! I highly recommend a stay here. We loved our stay in Bruges especially at night when it became quiet and the buildings were...

Stayed here with our two young adult children in room #28 which was a family room. The room was lovely and spacious and spotlessly clean. The main room had two twin beds pushed together and the smaller annex off the main room had two additional twin beds. The room was plenty spacious for all of us and the windows had...

We loved staying at this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it. Lovely couple that manage it; and very helpful. I had injured my foot in Paris and they gave me some antiseptic to use. Close to everything you want to see in Bruges. Really nice rooms and hearty breakfast!
