We recently stayed at the hotel to celebrate our anniversary. We booked in for three nights and had a fantastic time exploring the city. As with most of you, we purchased drinks from the nearby supermarket to avoid using the drinks from the mini bar as they are invariably overpriced. When we checked out, we were asked if we had...

Dear Mr 292 James, I regret to read that you are disgusted about the way you’ve been treated at our hotel after your check out despite our acknowledge a mistake occurred and reimbursement the next day!! I hope you understand that we had to check this matter with our staff before taking any action. It really wasn’t my staff’s intention...

On a quiet street, the hotel is comfortable and convenient. You walk only 5-10 minutes to the old market square. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great variety. Unfortunately our room was quite small. For travelers arriving from overseas with big luggage this room (#28) is certainly not convenient. We had to store one of our suitcases...

On a quiet street, the hotel is comfortable and convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our bed was comfortable and the room spacious and quiet. We used the very modern and well-equipped sports room and walked everywhere from the hotel.

We stayed here for a long weekend and loved this hotel. The old world charm and character is complimented by modern amenities. The included breakfast is generous and delicious. Great location to start your sightseeing of Bruges from.

Our room, No 16, was up in the roof space and featured more original beams than you can shake a stick at! Full of character, charm and old-world appeal. Unfortunately you can hear every word from the guests in the next room due to the way they have constructed the divisions between room - they are thin walls! Overall the...

I took my boyfriend to Brugge for his birthday so I was slightly nervous that the Hotel might not be as "nice" as what i expect - I was so wrong! The hotel was great! Full of character and charm! Our room was at the front of the hotel and was so lovely with all the buildings original features on...

We have stayed at the Jan Brito a few times over the last few years , the most significant being our honeymoon night away 15 years ago. We loved it then but we had children and the opportunity to get away becomes a rarity so have only just made it back after a few years out and we still love...

Hotel Jan Brito offers superior rooms and an excellent breakfast. Their staff were well informed and very helpful in making dinner reservations, sights to see, and they have bicycles on site. The lounge was quiet and comfortable for that late afternoon drink to relax after a busy day.

This Hotel is well located for all the attractions of Brugges. However, I found the Hotel to be in need of a make-over. The hairdryer was off the Ark, it would have been more efficient to dry your hair out the window, if you could get it open. The bathroom was difficult to manoeuvre and the shower curtain stuck to...
