A lovely hotel located just off the centre. Spatious rooms, clean and contemporary but with the original building elements such as the beautiful timber flooring and wall panelling. The lady at reception gave us some goodadvice in what to do

Very nice looking hotel. The building has a lot of character and the rooms are simple but nice. It's located in the city centre, which is very convenient. The staff is polite and the breakfast was good as well.

Facility From the creaking wooden stairs to the glass-paneled door, the hotel architecture reminds us of a charming and comfortable mansion. The room was clean and well-equipped with modern facilities for maximum comfort. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we are able to enjoy the beautiful city of Bruges and the cathedral from our room window. Staying here made us...

We stayed here one night. For the room rate, we felt this was a great value. The "double" room was two twins pushed together but comfortable. The age and authenticity of the building was perfect for experiencing Bruges. The location was very convenient to the Centrum and within walking distance to the train/bus terminal. It was a very quiet neighborhood....

Stayed here for four nights on the basis of a recommendation. This hotel is a small family run hotel and is in a good location, however the rooms were not clean, I found half eaten sweets on the floor along with clothes tags on the coffee table from previous guests. The shower was completely clogged and we had to request...

dear guest sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your stay! we did all you asked and there was only one day that the cleaning lady forgot to clean the toilet... we offered you a free breakfast , value 20 euro. The day you left , we checked the "broken bed" and it wasn't broken at all? We checked...

We stayed only one night and we really liked the hotel. The room was very clean and decorated authentically. By the way the hotel located very centralized. The lady in the reception was very helpful and kind. We liked all the details about this hotel and strongly recommend.

Lovely room, helpful friendly staff, all located in a well situated beautiful modern hotel, and it was one of the least expensive in town when we were looking- well worth the money!. Definitely recommend!

It was fine. But not as good as ratings promised it would be. The building was beautiful from the outside and the breakfast room was nice. They were not very flexible when you had a special diet when you wanted to eat breakfast. Friendly staff.

This hotel is in a great location to see Bruges. The only grumble I have was a strange smell on the first floor. The rooms, however, were nice and clean. The host were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a few drinks at the bar and fell in love with the city.

Arrived and was greeted by friendly member of staff we had use of their garage to park our motorcycle for the weekend. The room was pleasant and clean. Perfect location to enable us to explore Brugge. The only issue we had was that we booked a double room, but the double bed was 2 singles pushed together, and the beds...
