This was our second visit (different time of the year) to Hotel Biskajer, which only further confirmed my previous feeling that I would not stay anywhere else while visiting Bruges. We were there for 3 nights between Christmas and New Years, and my one regret was we did not stay the entire week. Parking in Bruges City Center (we had...

My wife and I could not have asked for better accommodations while staying in Bruges. Dany and Ruben were so welcoming and helpful during our stay, helping us with parking and restaurant recommendations. Our room was small but very quaint and was always cared for when we away during the day. Our room and the hotel was very clean. The...

What a brilliant hotel in a central location. Almost every aspect of the hotel was perfect. We had difficulty parking but the receptionist guided us on how to get out of the predicament we had found ourselves in (we'd parked in the hospital). He was friendly and helpful. Our room was charming; it faced the small, atmospheric square in which...

Dear BigMisterJones alias Mr.Cheapskint Breakfast is served daily in our breakfast room between 8AM and 10AM. We noticed you were having breakfast and finished around 9.15AM but stayed seated for a long period afterwards. Your girlfriend leaving and entering the breakfast room on several occasions. Instead of leaving the breakfast room, making place for other guests to have breakfast, you...

We are just home after having a wonderful Christmas in Bruges. It has to be said that the central location, quality and efficient management of Hotel Biskajer had a lot to do with that. The room was a good size and immaculately clean. The breakfast was precisely what we needed. But, best of all, was the friendly, generous and welcoming...

My husband and I were only in Bruges for 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer! This hotel was the perfect location! Walking distance to everything and right next door to the Chocolate Museum. Breakfast every morning was great and the staff was extremely helpful.

A value for money hotel. Close to the belfort while still out of the crowded areas. Clean and cozy. Breakfast was just enough to help you start the day. Staff were a bit ignorant but helpful when asking questions.

Myself and my girlfriend have just been away for a pre-Christmas get away. Danny and Reuben looked after us wonderfully and were an excellent source of information for anything related to Bruges. The Chocolate Story is literally a stones throw way and you are walking distance from anything you should need. Rooms small and cosy but more than adequate. Deep...

Good location and good value for money. The bed wasn't very comfy (I found it quite hard but that's just personal preference) but the rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Nothing luxurious but if you're going to Bruges you'll be spending all of your time seeing the sites anyway.

Hotel is clean . Nice location . easy access . Parking by the hotel is very expensive . Breakfast was average . Reception person was informative but a bit rude for the hospitality industry . You will realise this when you read the hotel owner responses for negative reviews. No tea or cofee in the room . very clean

Dear Sulochana, Our responses are neither rude nor dishonest. We are entitled to tell the truth and our side of the story. Truth is that most guests that behave badly in the hotel, lack of good manners, give our staff low points not admitting that the real problem lies with themselves. You and your friends clearly knew breakfast is served...

Lovely hotel, about 5 mins walk from the main square in Bruges. Clean, warm comfortable rooms. Friendly, welcoming guys on reception who could not do enough for us. We travelled with my parents, and my daughter and fiancée surprised us by joining us for a night. A table was specially set off the breakfast room for us so we could...
