We chose this hotel as we wanted somewhere just outside the main squares but still walking distance to all the sights and Bruges station - just over ten minutes to both. The receptionist was very welcoming and gave us a map of where the hotel is located plus several recommended restaurants. Our room was really big with wooden floors, excellent... More

My husband & have just returned home after spending the last 3 nights here. We were very impressed by the welcome from reception, the information they gave us about the hotel & also about Bruges itself. The room was fairly small but clean, bathroom was a bit dated & towels were not the whitest did look very grubby when wet.... More

Excellent service, they even upgraded our room for free. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The city map and tips they provided us with were very helpful. Room was clean and bright and really big too.

The hotel is comfortable to stay for short period. Staff is nice and room is tiny but clear. Wifi is great and easy to access and use. Breakfast is simple. The best part is there is a child play area for children.

Entrance and foyer impressive twin room was clean but basic window did not open and glass door opened onto a open area cover in artificial green grass well worn. And uninviting room had a ceiling fan which was a godsend Hotel had a indoor pool which we used several times and was one of the good points of our stay.... More

Apart from the debacle we had over our broken loo, the hotel, staff and location are all excellent. The toilet didn't work and over the two days we were there it wasn't even looked at, in spite of assurances that it would be. In the end a fixed it, to the point it functioned, but it involved dipping my arm,... More

The location of the hotel is great, especially if you are arriving in Bruges via car as there is a private car park to the rear (it is very tight for space and you need to book in advance but is very convenient). The staff were very welcoming and friendly with excellent English. We stayed in a large family room... More

We visited in May with my 7 year old Nephew. The hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent nothing too much trouble. The small indoor swimming pool was very well used during our stay. We are visiting again on the 22nd August. The hotel is bed & breakfast only but they do a list of recommended restaurants near... More

We have just come back from a 5 day stay in Bruges. This hotel is only just over 5 mins walk from the centre, & in fact you could walk to the station if you didnt have a big case. Breakfast was good, cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon, warm rolls, cold meats, cheese, croissants, yoghurts. We stayed in Room 151 at... More
