We have just enjoyed a wonderful short break in Brugge staying at this delightful family run hotel. The hotel is very central yet very quiet. Our room was excellent with a luxurious bathroom. The little extra touches makes it stand out from the crowd. Breakfast was everything it promised to be and set us up for the day. Although there is no dinner availble to guests, the reception staff provided us with several recommendations and all three that we tried were excellent. A complimentary 2 hour tour of the city is availble to guests Mon-Fri at 2.30pm departing from the Town Hall. This was very entertaining and informative with an excellent guide. We took this up on our first day and it enabled us to decide which attractions to visit later. We chose this hotel because of the reviews it had received on this web site and we were not disappointed

Really nice hotel in an excellent central location in Bruges. We stayed in a "Classic Double with Patio View" which was a very nice (but quite small) newly renovated room with a good sized bathroom with separate shower cubicle and jacuzzi bath tub, which was a nice added bonus. Loved the big radiators too which you could control yourselves and meant the room and bathroom was really quick to warm up (we were there in winter!). It all felt very homely, and the staff were friendly too. You could use the facilities in the nearby Dukes Palace Hotel, but the spa there wasn't great (no swimming pool or jacuzzi and it smelt a bit sweaty!). Overall I'd definitely recommend staying there, assuming it stays competitively priced against the other higher end hotels in Bruges. For context of the review - we are a couple in our early 30s, were in Bruges for a mid-week city break and paid €110 a night.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, a short walk to the sights and restaurants of Bruges. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner at the Dukes Palace next door which manage the property and both were excellent.

We stayed here in December on the recommendation of our daughter and were not disappointed. Hotel Prinsenhof is in an ideal location for exploring Bruges which is so picturesque. Everyone was friendly and helpful with great suggestions for places to eat. Great for a short break.

Could not be happier with this hotel. It's cosy and rustic, yet luxurious and stylish. Staff were absolutely wonderful, the receptionist even took us up to our room on arrival. Location spot on just around the corner from Markt Square yet tucked away from any noise. Bedroom was beautiful, comfortable and nice and clean. I think this hotel is excellent value for money and I will certainly be returning on my next visit to Bruges.
