We adored our stay here, staff were fabulous and attentive, location excellent less than 5 minutes to main square and tower. Hotel design and rooms very cosy and comfortable, and very good value. This is the hotel from the 'In Bruges' movie! We'ii be back! Cathriona

Hotel's Favorite
Bruges is the most classy charming little city ever, and this is the most classy charming little hotel ever. The hotel is situated at the most special spot in Bruges, and the rooms and atmosphere are... sublime. The marble in the bathrooms alone is worth a soliloquy. The charming glamor of the rooms and stunning location and great staff make for a wonderful stay. And the breakfast is stellar. High-quality food in an elegant and gorgeous canal-side room. There is also art. And it's all original. No signed prints, only works directly from the hands of these masters: Botero, Appel, Klimt, Matisse, Chagall, more. A magical hotel in a magical town. Let me put it this way: I bought a magnet of Bruges for my refrigerator and the hotel is on the magnet!

We just wrapped up a wonderful stay here and have fallen in love with this magical hotel. The location is in the heart of Bruges close to many museums and points of interest. We had a canal side room and the view was outstanding. The rooms are perfect with red marble lined bathrooms and a spacious shower. The hotel us filled with exquisite art and beauty. It could easily be a viewing destination in itself.. The staff are genuinely the friendliest people. They are always willing to help and know you by name. A special shout out to Febrina who greets everyone with a smile. Try their waffle at breakfast. It sets the bar very high. It is clear the owner put his heart and soul into this hotel, and it makes you feel like family. We can't wait to come back for another visit in the future.

There is a reason they have such a high rating! Their service was 5 -Star and Febrina is incredible! Everyone we met could not have been more accommodating and helpful though. The room we stayed in overlooked the canal and it was gorgeous! The bed was very comfortable and despite the heat wave during our visit, we were very cool and comfortable. We were introduced to the Brussels waffle here and they set the bar very high! Breakfast was delicious was fresh fruit and the most delicious blend of juice each morning. The hotel is in a perfect location in the center of town and there was nothing that could have made our stay any better! Definitely the place to stay

Beautiful, charming hotel in the center of town. Close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room looked out over the canal. A dozen swans gathered outside our window in the morning to say hello. There is a private parking garage 100M from the hotel if you have a car. We look forward to returning in the future.

We (my mom and I) loved this hotel so much, for the wonderful room and also for the incredibly friendly and helpful service. Febrina welcomed us, gave us a map and some city highlight information and was there for anything we needed. The room itself had so much character - not a cookie-cutter hotel in any way. It was beautifully outfitted with furnishings and decor that fit the mood of the hotel. We even had a cute little teeny private patio space. The bathroom was stunning with a marble shower and had big comfy towels and robes to use.

This old majestic hotel is very quaint and lovely. The staff is very friendly, professional, accommodating and like to engage in conversation. The rooms were spacious and clean. The linens were very nice. The only ding is we found, the pillows are very firm and not to our liking. Bad on me because I didn’t ask for another. It is rated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but we would give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They speak English very well. The breakfasts were great. Omelette with cheese and ham, side of bacon toast and 2 eggs bacon and toast with plenty of meats, cheeses, fruit and breads. Highly recommend this place. Brugge is beautiful. Some rooms on the canal.
