We stayed at the Crown Plaza hotel for 1 night. The hotel is great. It was clean and welcoming. The staff on the front desk were friendly and polite. We used the hotel parking as it was convenient, yes it is dear but it is a safe place to park your car. Our room was spacious and really comfortable. We...

We had a wonderful stay in the Crowne Plaza in Bruges. The hotel is ideally located and has luxury rooms and very friendly staff members. The rooms are modern with comfortable beds and a nice view. We’ve had dinner in the restaurant with an absolute great service from Matthias and Brian and a very high quality of the food. Thanks...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your feedback. It is a pity to read that your room was too hot. We will definitely follow up this situation. I would be more than happy to know in which room you stayed so we can investigate the noise from the elevator. Best regards Lucas Bakx General Manager

Excellent location in the middle of the historical center of Bruges. Rooms are really great, modern, with great facilities. All recently upgraded. Great bar and restaurant. Breakfast is ok, but quality not so high (could be improved). Service is outstanding - Marijn in the reception went out of his way to make our stay as great as possible, and Jamie...

Ideal location, small swimming pool and sauna, nice for the kids as well. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is ok. All in walking distance. Public parking is not so easy, hotelparking is quite expensive. It is however very fast, easy and cheap to park at the busstation. Do not forget to visit the basement floor, a small history museum. I would...

Visited with my husband and 10 year old daughter in Feb half term. Perfect location for exploring Bruges. Only 2 min walk to main square. Our room was very large (almost too much space), very modern and clean. Breakfast was adequate, although we've had better cooked breakfasts. Ate in the Plaza Cafe one night, very tasty and prices comparable with...

Centrally located hotel, a short stroll from the main town square. There is a convenient underground self park car park facility, with a lift that opens into the lobby area. Decent room size, two queen size doubles will house a family of 4 although the bathroom is a bit of a squeeze.

Hotel sits on Burg square. We were given the choice of a room with a view or a larger one without, chose the former and were pleasantly surprised by its size. Nice building with polite staff and a quiet bar. Can't comment on the food as we were enticed by the many lovely eateries within a short walking distance.
