The location is excellent plus the available parking lot is an added bonus! Just wanted to thank Tomas who was very helpful at locating something we left behind! He deserves to be commended! Please recognize him! Other than that the hotel experience was very nice, clean and cozy!

Separate toilet without sink. Absolutely unhygienic. No comfort and much too expensive. WiFi is pure garbage. Never worth 4 stars. It was a really unpleasant stay and I would never ever book again. There should be much better options available.

We were surprised with a large bed and sitting room with a bath tub and separate shower. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the Markt - a number of dining choices right outside hotel’s back door. And price very readonable.

I've been to other 5-star hotels before, but this was the first time that almost everyone working in the hotel was all smiles, and genuinely warm and friendly! I've stayed here for a couple of times already due to work-related engagements. The service, ambience, food, and the staff, of course, are consistently excellent. From the housekeepinv, named Renz to their chefs and waiters, and front office staff! It felt wonderful and relaxing. I mean, a place can have all the latest amenities in the world, but it would be of no use if the people who stay there are all grumpy right? I hope they keep this up or improve more. So if you're planning to visit Davao City for a vacation or business, stay at the Acacia Hotel Davao!

A Beautifully modernised townhouse-hotel within 200m city centre. Spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfast, comfortable bed in spacious room. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here.

Well located hotel, very close to the main square. The rooms are very comfortable with quality furnishings and bathroom soaps etc. comfortable bed and a great walk in shower. Breakfast is very good wide selection of quality food and excellent coffee. Bar area is a nice space and as with all other areas service very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Better options elsewhere in a very touristy city, especially for the price. Wifi didn’t work in the room— ended up using the wifi from neighboring hotel. Rooms not as pictured— outdated and tired furnishings and carpet. Felt like it could use a deep clean.

This hotel was nice. Very central to the main square. Bedrooms were very clean and tidy, beds comfy. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Information on ipad which was informative.Would definitely stay again. Small recommendation, teas and coffees in the room could benefit from a little biscuit.😊

Just returned from a short break at this hotel . Mainly picked it for it’s location for the Xmas markets and other attractions in Bruges . Could not fault it at all . Staff good , spotlessly clean , our room was lovely with an amazing bed . Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice . Will definitely return and would happily recommend it to friends & family.

Nice hotel located in the center of Brugge. Kind service, very clean. We also had a nice balcony. Especially the ground floor looks very modern and cozy with candles and decoration. Suggestion for improvement: new curtain and carpet in our room. It smelled a little old here. Everything else was quite new or renovated.
