We stayed for four Nights, generally good with some issues but mostly enjoyed it. Fifteen minutes walk from station and same to Market square. Rooms basic with excellent Wi-Fi throughout. Bed was comfortable if the topper didn’t slide so much:) Really needs a kettle in room for us Irish/English. Staff attentive and enjoyed bar area but there is misleading info here. There are lunch menus and pizza info on tables but food is not served bar breakfast in mornings. These should be removed. We enjoyed our stay and price for four nights was fair enough. A good base to explore beautiful Bruges.

We enjoyed our stay and the car park nearby was a bonus but not cheap . The room was fine but not as good as many People we have stayed in .Clean though and decent linen .Some very nice staff and its location is perfect for exploring Bruges .A short walk to the centre . The breakfast was ok .Some good points but the Ibis breakfasts seem somewhat tired .I think they need a revamp Understandably busy but I don’t think the quality is there . I did though like the fresh orange juice !. . I

I was one of a party of three staying for four nights. I thought the prices were kind of steep for what they were, I have stayed in better accommodation for far less which also included breakfast. However this one you had to pay extra for breakfast which was a bit unfair due to the amount already paid. As for the room, not bad, didn't get much sleep though as I was placed opposite to the car park entrance where the ticket machine was & the lights are left on all night long. As for the 24/7 rule about getting a hot drink in the middle of the night I asked on several occasions only to say, sorry both machines are washing, clearly hadn't heard of a kettle or customer service, was quite happy to do his own thing. As for the Shower you would assume by the power of the water that filled the bath, it would follow through to the shower head, alas not the case. My advice to anybody thinking of staying here, look around first, it is a good 1/2 mile walk to the main Market Square, Hardly Central.

I’ve been in Brugge for a weekend and I book to stay at this hotel, is nothing special… Breakfast was ok, maybe is just me (asking too much)but we had the same thing every day… Room was ok clean and tidy but I had 2 problem: 1. The mattress was really uncomfortable, I’ve been there for 3 night and in every morning I had a back pain… 2. The shower/ bath tub was to small for a person like me(big) so having a shower was not too easy for me… When I arrived I’ve done my check in and the receptionist told me about that “tourist tax” 9 € was ok (I am not agree with that but is nothing what we can do so..) I start asking her about that tax and I think she didn’t like the fact that I am not quite happy with that tax (I did said is fine I paid is just 9€ in the end not a big deal) and she change her tone (bit rude) and she didn’t even explain to me, when I need to use the lift I need to tap my room card so I’ve been in the lift trying to go to my room and I was staying there like an idiot cuz I didn’t know I have to use my room card to use the lifte so I go out and then the other lady told me that I need to use first my room card… I was really upset with this situation…. I was really impressed to see that they give you 2 brochures with the activities wich one you can do in Brugge that was really nice, well done for supporting local business!

Ibis Brugge Centrum is a clean, affordable, very well located hotel with friendly service. I have visited this hotel twice and should I come to Brugge again, I wouldn't even look for other hotels. This simply works for me!

There was no minibar or safe and Ibis still think that it's ok to provide 4 hangers, but the hotel is on the outskirts of the very centre and not too far from train/bus station, personnel friendly and helpful. Were allowed to register at 12.

This is a well-located hotel but with thin walls as you can hear the rooms around you! The rooms are quite small and the toilet is inconveniently orientated in the bathroom so as to make it difficult for taller people. The breakfast is superb with a huge choice but there are no coffee/tea facilities in the rooms. The staff are friendly and very helpful here

A great base for a 3 day stay in Bruges. Close enough to everything yet not slap bang in the middle of town so rooms are quiet. Basic facilities- shampoo and body wash provided and hairdryers (but usual hotel ones so not very powerful!) bed comfortable and room clean. TV has all uk channels and French US German etc. nice bar. We ate breakfast in a local square so can’t comment on that. Overall great value with no frills.

Have stayed here many times pre pandemic this was first visit back. The hotel is in a great location a short walk (10 mins max) to main square, underground car parking could benefit from refresh of paint work and definitely replace the single beds as if you move the mattress moves but the base doesn’t!
