The receptionists are doing all they could to help under the circumstances. The room was stinking and smelly. The room itself is very poor, old and obsolete. The hotel is very near to a very main road and the hotel in his information do not mention this. The swimming pool is outdoors and very small.

This hotel is in a lovely location in the middle of the woods. It only takes five minutes to get into Bruges town. The hotel was clean and comfortable, although the rooms need updating. There were only two pillows in the room which sank to nothing - ask for more when you get there! I had a very refreshing swim... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night whilst visiting Bruges. The hotel is located quite far out of town but didn't matter for us as we had a car. Definitely a great hotel of you do have a car as they offer free parking. Hotel is situated near the motorway however you can not hear this from your room.... More

The facilities of the hotel are good. It has a nice swimming pool, a ping-pong table and a playing area for children. Overall the hotel is children friendly. But I really didn't like my room there was a weird smell in it all the time. It doesn't have enough lights and it doesn't have a safe. The breakfast was very... More

We booked this hotel at the last minute whilst traveling from the UK. There own address from the website does not work with satnav so it took us a while to find it at the middle of the night. We used the address for a Best Western that was close by. Check in was swift at 0100 hrs. Rooms are... More

Some way outside Bruges means this hotel has ample parking and lots of outdoor facilities, which is really welcome for kids, although proximity to the motorway means there is backgound noise. Outdoor pool, games and grounds to explore are great. Rooms are smallish, but comfortable, with coffee & tea-making facilities. No aircon, though. Food is quite expensive, and average at... More

I've stayed here many times over the last 20 years, from when it was a Novotel, then changed to Leonardo. It's a nice hotel with a lovely garden and swimming pool, set amongst trees. A little noisy sometimes from the nearby dual carriage way into Brugges from the motorway but generally not a problem . Food is good and staff... More

We used this a stop over for a long drive the next day. Travelled with 2 young kids and I must say the place was spot on. Nice simple outdoor play area, family friendly staff and the food whilst expensive was just fine. It was clean and did exactly what we wanted from a hotel with kids.

Stopped here on our way to Holland. We didn't expect much but were pleasantly surprised, the food was cooked perfectly, staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was a good size and the view was perfect. Two thumbs up, will definitely be returning with our children next time, thank you 👍
