As a solo traveller, it was a real treat to stay at Pand Hotel, even for just one night. I felt like spoiling myself after months and months of Covid restrictions and misery and wasn't disappointed. Front-of-house experts Matthias and Chris were helpful and charming. Matthias found me a table in the nearby Gouden Karpel fish restaurant on a busy night, Chris suggested an off-the-beaten-track sunny Sunday morning walk by quiet canals and iconic windmills. Breakfast was magnificent with a glass of Champagne to start, fresh fruit, breads, pastries, ham etc, then a superb cheese and chives omelette, cooked before my eyes. Multi-lingual host Igneus could not have been nicer. My room (104) was cosy and comfortable with a spa bath, the public areas are smart and well-furnished with elegant lounges and a splendid bar. The Pand is close to all the attractions yet on a quiet side street. While I believe there is nearby parking, there was no room for me on a busy Saturday night close to Christmas with a popular light show underway. Never mind. The big underground multi-storey isn't far away. All-in-all, it's a gorgeous hotel with wonderful people and well worth the money. I left with a smile on my face and will definitely be back...

I stayed only one night. But I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The hotel was good location and provided amazing breakfast. The most favorite thing was the hotel worker's hospitality. All of the hotel workers did excellent jobs to me. They gave me corona safety ticket information and necessary action to enter Belgium. They sent me prompt email reply. After I checked-in the hotel, they did great jobs anytime. I give 5 stars to the hotel.

I recently stayed at The Pand Hotel for three nights in early August in a junior suite and cannot recommend it enough. The hotel is located about 50 yards from the canal and in my opinion the best picture spot in Brugge and surrounded by quaint bars and restaurants. Everything is on your doorstep and it really is a beautiful town. The staff were faultless, everyone could not have been more helpful but a special shout out to Tim who gave such excellent recommendations. Tim called me before my stay to see if there was anything I needed and all of the information I needed with Covid. He gave recommendations on everything; the brewery tour which was good, the best chocolate shops (Dumon) and gave a selection of restaurants (our fave was assiette Blanche). Our room was cleaned every day, they asked us in the mornings if we wanted housekeeping and the room was immaculate when we came back. They changed bedding daily, towels and toiletries. We stayed in room 1 which is a junior suite across 2 floors, you do have to walk through the breakfast area to access it but it is a beautiful room. The decor was amazing, Jacuzzi bath, double sink really lovely. Minor things that I would have preferred; a proper hairdryer- they have the ones attached to the wall which take ages to dry hair. In terms of covid we were nervous, especially with the rising cases in Belgium but could not have felt safer at the pand or in Brugge- I actually think it's an excellent time to visit with good deals to be had! I can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't go for it- we intended to but found an amazing restaurant near by for breakfast and wanted to try the entire menu. Overall I would love to return, it is a beautiful hotel but the staff make the place.
