Very friendly team. Hotel near the train station and bus station which is perfect. The room was not clean when we arrive with a smoke scent. We should ask for someone to clean the room which we found very weird.
Very expensive, for budget hotel. Last year same time I only paid half for my stay. Shower mouldy, cobweb in toilet. Everything but clean. Very unfriendly person behind the counter, was not allowed to leave anything in the fridge while this was no problem last year. Beds and hotel location are good.
We were visiting Belgium via train and needed a hotel which had convenient access to the train station. Using the tips on here the hotel was pretty easy to find, and although we arrived at 09:30am the staff kindly let us check in and access our room. The centre of Bruge is about 10/15 minute walk from the hotel. There is a supermarket close by which we were able to purchase snacks and drinks, it’s still pricey but cheaper than the centre of Bruges. One of the days we took a train to Ypres, the train system in Belgium is really efficient and this was a cost effective way to see the museums, war graves and Menin Gate without spending £££ on private tours or hiring a car. We paid to have breakfast in the hotel and considering the price of everything in Bruges, we would do this in the future…
Hotel is clean, some toillet accesories missing, parking is public but paid (5,5 euro for 24 hours) and it is in front of the hotel. Wi-fi works fine and for a short stop the stay is ok. Breakfast is very basic, but is like this due to current pandemic situation.
Super friendly staff! Clean rooms! We love the airco because it was extremly hot outsite We love to come back to this hotel. All ladies are nice - allways a smile - a home far away from home. The room is small, but we don't need more!
I stayed in this hotel for a night as part of a little trip to the Belgian coast. (Pro tip: it's not the Med.) Bruges is a lovely town that's definitely worth checking out, and it's only 15 minutes by train from the seaside. The room was tiny but functional and super-clean. The hotel is right next to the train station, so ideal for catching a train in the morning. As long as you're not expecting any bells and whistles, this is a perfectly fine place to stay.
Great location right next to central station. Room basic but practical and comfortable. Just two problems, strong sewage/drains smell at times and I was bitten quite severely by mosquitoes despite keeping room window closed.
Arriving late at night in the pouring rain, the entrance wasn't the easiest to find - on the roof of a multi-storey car park. The hotel was as basic as you would expect from an Ibis Budget but it did the job. Right next to the station, it's about a 20-minute walk into the centre
I have had to cancel my trip to Bruges because of the current health emergency. I have requested a refund as I have no idea when I'll be able to travel again but they are being extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic.
Excellent situation close to Bruges Rail and the Coach drop off for P and O ferries. Only 15 minute walk into central Bruges. Very clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. A comfortable stay for our party of four.
