We paid a little more than we usually would to stay here but it was worth every penny. The building, style and decor are stunning and it was spotlessly clean. We found all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful. It is an excellent location too, as it is seconds away from the main square with plenty of...

We loved our time at this beautiful, historic hotel. Everything was perfect from the location, to the comfort of our room, to the attention to detail. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of variety and was in a beautiful spacious dining room. The bar area was very nice also -great place to take a break and relax. Overall,...

I stayed at the hotel in December while visiting Bruges with my wife and parents. The hotel has an impressive reception and bar area and was decorated for the festive season. The rooms were spacious and cozy and we dint have any complaints during or stay. The hotel is central and within easy walking all the main attractions and restaurants....

The hotel is perfect located next to Market Place. It has a private parking but you can rent bike in a really close place. The room service and staff are awesome. Everything in the hotel looks clean and neat!

I loved staying here for 3 nights with a friend for a birthday trip to Bruges. The location is incredibly central, and everything is a 5 minute walk. The room was a decent size and the shower was separate from the bath, and their were l'occitane products. The only thing I'd recommend is to take your own bottled water -...

We stayed three nights as part of a group. Definitely the best hotel we have stayed at on a tour like this in Europe. Spotlessly clean, great staff, and a 5* breakfast offering. Breakfast staff superb.

The price does not correspond to the quality of the room. The bed looked old/dirty, the head of the bed has to be updated. The pillow was enormous. I could not sleep with it.I checked with my friends and they had the same problem. The breakfast was good. The bar and the rooms next to it were very nice and beautiful.

Certainly its location next to the main squares of Bruges is a main plus for this hotel but it also offers large, clean rooms with lots of closet space (although no drawers in the room). Our bathroom was large with separate bath and shower. Internet connection was good. The breakfast buffet had good variety but was identical on the three...

Right around the corner from the Burg and down the street from the Market Square, the Casselburgh was an oasis of calm but central to the center of things in Bruges. We were in the new section which didn't lose any charm because it was more modern. Very helpful front desk staff. Large-ish comfortable room and bath. Really nice bar...
