What a super hotel in a good position. Our stay was excellent. The room was clean comfortable and had all the amenities you needed. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The car park was interesting but very handy. The bar area was lovely and I enjoyed my cocktails. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. My only slight disappointment was the fruit choice which was all mixed together and as I am allergic to one I couldn’t have it. However, I do think if I had said the hotel was one that would have sorted it. I would definitely return to the hotel and thank you for a lovely stay.

What a lovely, friendly hotel. From arrival to departure all staff were so charming and helpful. Receptionist advised us where we could hire bikes. Both barmen were chatty and full of helpful and interesting information. Room was clean with great bathroom and quality toiletries. Buffet breakfast was amazing-so much choice. Underground carpark was interesting-accessed by lift. Location was brilliant - very central. We will return to this hotel on our next trip to Bruges. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful hotel. Stayed in a regular room on a Monday and a deluxe room on Friday night. The rooms were large and clean the deluxe room was amazing and the staff were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again, the standard room was more than adequate, deluxe was a nice treat

Had a wonderful stay at the Casselbergh Hotel. Excellent, quiet location but near to the lovely town centre. Staff were attentive and friendly. Bedroom was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was one of the finest we have experienced! Fantastic choice and all runs like clockwork. Thank you to all staff, we would absolutely stay here again.

Corner room with huge bathroom. 2 twins pushed together. Very clean and the staff was some of the pleasantest people I have met. Location fabulous right at the town center could walk to everything. Breakfast buffet literally had everything. Easter week they had chocolate Easter eggs. Very quiet. Large screen tv and good cable. Housekeeping daily did a grat job. Front desk staff very helpful they even heated my leftover lasagna for me in a microwave in their back room. I would stay here again definately.

One of the nicest city hotels we've stayed at. Warm, comfortable room with a view to the channel - it's worth paying extra for the channel view. Comfortable bathtub, big enough for a couple. Extremely central. Very polite, professional and simultaneously friendly staff. The city itself is full of tourists (like ourselves).

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, could not fault the cleanliness and service. Hotel really does have a grand feel to it, very classy. Breakfast offers a good selection for all, probably a bit too much of an intake on both mornings!

70th birthday treat from husband. What a lovely hotel in a beautiful city a bonus of wonderful weather too! We stayed here from 21st March until 24th March travelling on Eurostar from St Pancras. Perfect location with such pleasant and helpful staff from reception to bar staff and housekeeping. So nice to be greeted at breakfast with staff that appeared happy and greeted you every morning with a smile. The hotel is beautiful and the lounges elegant but comfortable for a nightcap before retiring or drinks before heading out for the evening. So glad our travel agents decided on this hotel for us and in turn we would happily recommend to other travellers. Rent a bike to and bike to Damme along side the canal!
