The hotel has been renewed since our last stay here several years ago. The new part of the hotel looks really great. An interior decoration architect has developed a color scheme around red-grey and black. The hotel looks modern, a lot of daylight, spacious, nice sitting corners in the corridors. The hotel features a spacious underground parking. The garden one... More

Stayed for over a week, and we were so pleased with this very quiet and classy hotel with great service. Everyone from the concierge and front desk, the breakfast room and the quiet cocktail lounge were so accommodating and polite and made our stay very pleasant. The only issue is that the parking is really expensive but not any more... More

We had a family party to attend and booked at the Klooster asking for a room in the old part of the facility. We got a huge modern room. Lovely but not what I asked for. We entered in the dark and couldn't turn on the lights. The person who checked us in never bothered to tell us you need... More

It's the 3rd or 4th time I stay in this hotel, when I have meetings in Leuven. Always a wonderful experience either when staying at the old or the new part of the building. They have a very good breakfast

Stayed here for the second time this year and again I’m very satisfied. The room was spacious, the bathroom was very good and clean and the staff was friendly. We had breakfast in the morning somewhat late (not too late) and the lady was not happy to see us looking at her face but the stayed correct and the breakfast... More

My company organised a 2 day conference event for approx 50 participants. As of the beginning the hotel was very responsive to all our needs. Great rooms and decent catering. The equipment work well. It was good to have an on-site person constantly next to the meeting area, who helped if needed promptly. Fully recommend.

Been there for first time, you are very close to the townhall and many restaurant and life close-by, but quietness of the hotel and the rooms are really good. The attention was very good and I enjoy the stay.
