After having a car crash and a very long 24 hours, we had to look for a hotel. We ended up in this hotel, and gave us the best night sleep. We stayed across the road from where the reception was, which was no problem. The hotel rooms was super cute, clean and very modern. Right next to a supermarket,...

Booked connecting rooms as travelling with 2 small children, we checked 3 days before arriving that the rooms were connecting and were told they were, however when we arrived we were told we were not staying in the main hotel but down the street in a separate building with rooms accessed by a fire escape. Rooms were next to each...

Very convenient for Ghent centre on a reasonably quiet street. Rooms are decent but some things not quite there yet- almost like money has run out. Room was fairly clean with a very comfy bed, but a delaminating toilet seat we found very off putting. Nice breakfast though.

We arrived early, so we stowed our bags in the luggage closet (front desk man was a bit off-putting)...we went out to explore and returned at check-in time, same guy was there and acted like he didn't recognize us. His replacement came in and she was a delight. The rooms are spacious, we had a street view, and room was...

Had a pleasant stay. Hotel is centrally located, staff are friendly, breakfast was good & room was nice. Overall and excellent stay with family. Only negative point is rooms are in an annex building but that is just a small inconvenience. Would definitely return for another stay.

This hotel is just a few minutes walk from the pedestrianised centre of town. We were in the annex which was outside the hotel, down the road and on the opposite side. It was fine but we had to put on all our outdoor clothes to have breakfast and it probably did put us off using the bar in the...

Central location with good tram links around city. Stayed mid week in ground floor room/ Spacious and modern with good power shower, coffee maker and safe. Hard wooden floor surfaces. A few fluffy bits found, but other wise clean. Good breakfast at 19euros. Staff speak fair English, and are helpful. Free wifi.

This was a fabulous place to stay in the city centre of Ghent. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was within walking distance and the check in staff were helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here the next time I am in Ghent.

Ghent, Belgium is a really cool town! Much better than Bruges, in my opinion. Lots of historical buildings. Two rivers flow through town, like canals, with interesting boat tours. Must be careful driving, because pedestrians and bicycles are everywhere. Learned that the City Center is moving to No Cars in the near future. Not sure how that will work. Hotel...
