I've stayed in numerous F1 hotels in France and I'm aware that they tend to be a no-frills basic affair, usually on the edge of town. Belgium's only F1 hotel is probably the most disappointing I've stayed at, largely because it was in such a hard location to find in the dark; isolated and gloomy near deserted docks with scant...

Do not take any of the other comments lightly, this is a dangerous place to stay. The place is filthy, I mean proper filthy with various bodily fluids sprayed up the heavily nicotined walls. The place stinks and the resident gang of undesirables hanging around outside or hanging out of neighbouring room windows shouting, cars and vans coming and going...

The rooms were tiny, walls were stained with what seemed like blood, TV was broken, 1 shower per corridor, 1 toilet per corridor, no useable plugs since the only one is by the sink and impossible to put a plug in. The lobby was tiny and full of shady people smoking. The other people staying in the hotel were harassing...

I'm to be honest, this is the worst "hotel" I've ever stayed in. The stench of smoke and marijuana (!) was sickening, despite no smoking signs. My room was horrendously dirty and beaten up (see pictures), some of the doors did not lock properly. There were no electrical plugs readily available, there was unrepaired damage to the room, and the...

We went in a group. Of about 70 (school trip with students as young as 14). The rooms all stank of cigarette smoke. The mattress had a huge urine stain and they didnt give a duvet. One room didn't even have a ladder to get up to the top bunk. Some of the younger female students were being watched by...

We had to stay here as the other booking we had had fallen through. It was expensive for the standard and cleanliness of accommodation. The room stank of smoke, there were cigarette burns on the bed spread. My sun glasses fell off the back of the bed, oh dear, there was dried vomit under there. I had to wash them...

Fric on reception was very helpful.Room was surprisingly quiet.Free car parking and fast free internet. Busy shared bathroom and shower if hotel had been busier this may have been a problem. We have stayed here before overnight when travelling to/from family in Germany. It used to be just cheap and cheerful - as you would expect from a motel like this. However, this time it was not cheap (it cost us 60 euros including a very basic breakfast). The problem is that the place was full of young men who appeared...
