This is truly shameful! Room inaccessible with the lift. Uncomfortable and old mattresses with dirty linen. (Hairs in the bed, Pictures available!) Arrogant & pretentious receptionist. (male, 35 y.o.). Dirty terrace with empty glasses on the tables Broken safe, etc...

Nice hotel in the city of Gent. Service at reception could be better. No double key and needed the switch room after unpacking. But room, bath room and breakfast were good. Near the castle, restaurants and shops.
