City sights literally on door step. Castle across road from hotel. We were in room 81 on 3rd (top) floor of annex. There is a lift. Room is spacious with large comfy bed. Bath/shower. Radiators to bedroom and bathroom with easy thermostat controls. Desk with 2 chairs. Darkened curtains effective control. Breakfast room on 1st floor was light and airy....

Prime location in beautiful Gent!! Absolutely loved the history and architecture of the city. The hotel itself was okay, no frills, but I was put up in the secondary Bland building to the back which wasn't made explicit when I made the booking. Hotel staff was nice and polite!

The Hotel „Gravensteen - Historic Hotels Ghent“ is located in the city center in very good location. This 3 Star hotel provides a very good price to quality ratio and is for sure a good option for every visit to Ghent. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and check-in and check-out goes very smooth. The room was big...

My boyfriend and I did a last minute reservation and got ourselves a room at the Gravensteen, straight away when we got there we thought Amazing Location, I mean you couldn't be closer to the city centre and all the town's attractions. Staff was nice and friendly and the room was decent. But there were a few things I didn't...

Good hotel - excellently located. Its a medieval property and gives you that feeling everywhere. Amazingly courteous and helpful staff. Experienced bit of a problem with the wi-fi, but manageable. A cosy breakfast room and ideal if you are an early morning traveler too - they start breakfast by 6:30 am :)

We came for a night stay to Gent and we really fell in love with this town. The Hotel is perfectly placed next to the Castle. Parking space is round the corner and the interior of the hotel is highly interesting. The staff is very friendly and we enjoyed a good breakfast in a very cosy breakfast room. I like...

Our fourth visit but first time in the main hotel and we were very comfortable in a large room on the first floor. Our only criticism is the lack of storage in the room and bathroom. It was very hard to find surfaces in the bathroom to unpack toiletries. We were very happy with the welcome from the friendly helpful...

A very imposing hotel frontage, very close to the centre. We were given room 44, which meant nothing until we went in. It is an incredible room with a lounge/observation room above it on the very top of the hotel. It affords panoramic views of the whole city. Stunning. Great value and superb staff.

This hotel is particularly well located opposite the castle with many fine bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is spread over two separate buildings with the breakfast room being in the building behind. Parking is limited and is on a first come first served basis (only 16 spaces). The bedrooms are well appointed and are clean. The bathroom is great...

Very good location and easy to find right by the castle and the tourist information office. Easy walk from tram stop. We had a very quiet older room on the 2nd floor facing the back of the hotel. Very generous breakfast in pleasant room. Some people might have trouble with quirky layout of hotel involving a few steep steps up...
