Beautiful hotel, centrally located in center . Accessible by train 10 min walk from station, parking garage diagonally in front of the door. Various TV channels and radio stations. Nice walk-in shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet varied and fresh of good quality.

Highly recommended, my (business ) stays are always very pleasant in this hotel.

Very comfortable beds, helpful staff and a delicious breakfast.

For my visits to Aalst, this hotel is my no 1. - compliments to Jan for the good follow-up of his hotel.

Standard and business focused. Comfortable beds but showers are getting old and rooms could do with an upgrade in some cases (stayed here several times).

Breakfast is in a nice room, but service around the morning is poor frankly.

Front desk is again fine and standard.
Parking is a big plus but cost at 15 euros per night is exaggerated for a tiny and not very nice town such as Aalst.

Conclusion: Standard hotel, with standard services and uniqueness, in a very standard and very unfriendly town.
If you have a choice, go somewhere else, if you have to stay in town, then this passes for a night.

Beds are unfortunately not to be seen as a double bed. You have to rebuild something here. Rooms basically fine, with underhand renovations being carried out. Had dinner with a larger group as well, which was unfortunately under all gun (apparently catering food). No possibilities for small variations e.g. regarding allergies or vegetarians (here the people were simply told that you had nothing to eat for you). The people had to eat outside. Staff absolutely unfriendly. Garment was contaminated etc. - no excuses or any reaction to it. Breakfast was so la la. Each slice of sausage/cheese was individually packaged. Pot coffee not edible, so everything stormed the coffee machine. All in all, its supposed 4 stars in no way worthy.

My choice of hotel for business in Belgium. Very convenient, clean, comfortable, quiet. The breakfast is good, there is a machine that squeezes the oranges right on the spot, it is pretty cool. Parking on site. The front desk personnel is super polite and so is the bar and restaurant people. There are shoe shining machines in every floor! The gym is a bit basic, do not spect to keep your muscle building routine there but for me is pretty adécuate. Overall I am very satisfied with the hotel overall. Will be coming back

The hotel is located in the centre of the city and has a parking lot. Easy check-in, nice room with safe, hairdryer and minibar. All the amenities you need. The restaurant offers a standard good buffet for breakfast. Overall a good experience. Value for money.

Upon entering a very warm welcome. And what a wonderful staff. No question is too much for them, and some cozy atmosphere by them. Thinking along for possible wishes and really make you feel at home as a guest almost. Room was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and fresh ... sauna was great. Car can be in the private parking. Really managed to do a Me time. K recommend t everyone for a holiday feeling with top service and what a nice friendly staff. Returned home with a smile and rested. Definitely come back here ... greetings Lina .

I am from Aalst but live abroad and staying here was like coming home, from start to finish. Thank you Sander and Lindsay for being such sweet and helpful people. You know your business and it is thanks to people like yourselves that customers return over and over again. No nonsense, no complications, simplicity, friendliness, cleanliness, the way a hotel should be. Stay here if you can.

Room (standard): The room was spacious and spotless clean but a 3 star and certainly not a 4 star bedroom. The interiour was simple and what you may expect from an average Best Western. The bathroom was small and even more basic than the room itself and to my opinion almost didn’t live up to a 3 star. The bed was average, the pillows good. The quality of a lot of channels on the tv were very poor, no CNN or BBC World.

Area: The hotel is very well situated only a two minute walk to the grand place of Aalst.

Breakfast: I had breakfast in my room, it was good. They didn’t charge me extra for the room service.

Staff: Very friendly and helpfull.

Bar/restaurant: The small bar is nice. They call it a piano bar, the piano was there but nobody to play it. The food in the restaurant was average to good.

The hotel presents itself on their website as a luxurious 4 star hotel. I’m used to stay in 4 and 5 star hotels and this is without any doubt not a four star, but only a decent 3 star hotel. Although they charge prices of a 4 star hotel, the room wasn’t worth 155 euro at all. I would recommend this hotel if you can get a 80 or 90 euro rate at most, don’t pay more, it’s certainly not worth it. Also their wireless internet is overpriced. They charge 10 euro for one hour or 30 euro for 12 hours. I’ve never paid such prices for internet even in 5 star hotels.

In conclusion: an average and overpriced hotel that presents itself as a 4 star but don't live up to it in any way.

I'm here A lot for businesses and always have a great welcome at the reception and the bar.
The rooms are beautiful but breakfast is very boring. Always the same, so if you want to be better get in to action and do some changes over there. The girl who is normally in the bar said the breakfast will get better in the future so I'm looking forward to that. About this girl, keep her in the bar because the man I had is a stubborn unpolite man. I've asked for an Irish coffee and he wouldn't make it. I've asked for a cocktail like I always do and it wasn't possible. So if you wanna have happy customers get that girl back in bar. She is amazing and is knows how to treat her guests
