Didn’t eat or utilise any facilities at this hotel but my stay was a positive one & it did a good job for the money. The location is ideal, very central, & close to the train station. Check-in was friendly & efficient & the hotel has a pleasing, modern design. My room was on a high floor, minimalist in decor, & had a big picture window which brought in lots of natural light, no views to speak of, it’s not a pretty city, but it gave a fresh, airy feel. Bathrooms are small & toiletries scant & basic.

I stayed for 4 days and had very positive experience. Great location, next to shopping mall and close to Railway and bus stations.Service is excellent. Staff is very good. Hotel is super maintained. Breakfast is maybe basic, but delicious. Rooms are very nice, have all you need. Hygiene in top level. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfect place for stay during city trip. In the center of the city, parking at good price in central parking. Breakfast is good quality. Staff was helpfull and friendly. Rooms are clean and bathroom is small but ok.

We stayed here on our drive from the Alps to the Amsterdam ferry and had a lovely comfortable room. We had a meal and a couple of drinks on the small terrace above the bar and the food was delicious. It was a very nice place to sit. The breakfast buffet was good too. All of the staff we came across were very pleasant. The girl on reception was especially helpful. We drove round Charleroi in the dark for about 45 minutes looking for the parking entrance but couldn't find it (satnav and google maps were no use!) I then walked over the square to the hotel and she gave me a map with directions on how to drive to the car park so we eventually got there. There is a lift from the car park straight up to the hotel reception which is very handy. We would certainly stay there if we did that journey again.…

Very nice hotel, when we landed in Charleroi they saw how tired we looked after a long flight so they upgraded us to suite (we have gold membership in Accor). All done without asking anything, super kind and nice staff.

The staff were very friendly. The location is great. Unlike many centre city hotels, there is a huge parking garage under the hotel and under the adjacent fancy shopping mall (with special rates for hotel guests). We got a free upgrade to a suite, which was superb. There were some issues, though: room design seemed more important than utility, in that there was too little light around the bed, and the cupboards were hard to open. My main problem was that I don't like warm rooms when I sleep, and although I set the temperature to 19 C, no amount of air conditioning brought the temperature below 22.5 C. Also, the windows could not be opened. Every hotel should allow guests to get fresh air rather than recycled air. Having said that, we loved the suite and the hotel.

Very nice hotel in Charleroi. Public parking is available on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 10 per day. Fitness center. Direct access to the River Gauce shopping mall. There is an on-site restaurant, which specializes in European and local cuisine.

We slept one night, before leaving the country. Had a pleasant sleep, no noise, nice pillows and bed , good service and the place is very clean. Is easy to find it , close to some restaurants and other stores. Recommended, nice atmosphere at the bar.

Perfect stay in the center of Charleroi! Easy to park. Staff was very friendly and helpfull, I received a very nice clean room with a big Tv :) due to covid breakfast option was really well organised, lot's of choice and delicious and definitely more then enough.

We chose the hotel as we wanted to be close to the airport yet not based in one of the airport hotels. We checked into the hotel very late at night. The family room was a very pleasant surprise despite the shock of the industrial looking area at night. The hotel is very modern, clean and well kept.The hotel has underground parking which is also very clean though difficult to find entrance if you’re not familiar with the centre. Location of the hotel is ideal for last minute shopping, as it is based above a shopping mall . Hotel is 7 mins on foot from the central train station and 15 mins by car to Charleroi airport .
