The Hotel de Galeries is a unique, boutique hotel in the heart of Brussels. The customer service was amazing, the rooms were comfortable and attractive, and the breakfasts were great. It was a huge relief that after over 12 hours of traveling we arrived in Brussels and at the hotel to find that at 11:00 am our rooms were ready! It was so great to be able to freshen up after a long flight rather than having to put our bags in storage… We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

We booked the hôtel using trip advisor reviews and were not disappointed - completely seamless stay! The Hôtel des Galléries is a real find and is perfectly located less than 10 mins from Grand Platz. The staff were super accommodating and flexible. Our rooms were ready earlier than expected which was a bonus, They sorted out a small cake and a candle at breakfast for my son’s 13th bday - lovely touch. The rooms are clean and spacious and our rooms 25/26 were within and overlooked the beautiful Galleries de St Hubert. We hadn’t planned on having breakfast but we did as it was great value at €15 per person - continental buffet of smoked salmon/hams/cheeses/muesli/yoghurts/breads and fab boiled eggs that you cook yourself - really lovely. There is a separate entrance for the popular restaurant within the hôtel which we didn’t try. Would definitely recommend and return to the Hotel des Galléries. Thank you!

The location is outstanding - just in the centre of Brussels and in the famous Galleries - , the breakfast is rich and tasty, the rooms are spacious, clean and modern and the service is really excellent - especially to mention Mrs. Sabria and Mrs Pegah. Highly to recommend for all people visiting Brussels for a few days!

Best possible location in Brussel, fantastic design touch, renowated/fresch/clean and all you can demand. Outmost personal service, superb breakfast… At an unbeatable price compared to alternatives, that is our demanding opinion. Next time in Brussel we will return to this hotel, no doubt.

This little boutique hotel is located in the most beautiful Galeries I've seen around Europe. My room had a view on the Galeries which was soo beautiful. All the staff members are very helpful, we got great recommendations to get most out of our 2-day trip. We initially planned diner in a restaurant next door but in the end, it looked more like a tourist-trap. We ended up eating at the Comptoir des Galeries, the hotel's restaurant which was delicious. We loved Brussels, loved the hotel & restaurant and will definitely be back!
