I spent one night here on business; I had indicated that I would be arriving late (around 11pm). When I arrived I was expected and the check-in was efficiently handled. I was allocated a room on the first floor and directed to an old-looking lift which I took. When the lift doors opened I stepped out into total darkness! I... More

Since we didn`t plan to stay very much in a hotel, this place was perfect! Extremely cheap, great staff, very close to Grand Place, Gare du Midi, metro stations and so on. The area is quiet and pretty safe. Perfect for a city break!

This place is two stars and while I expected basic I was surprised by the lack of cleanliness - "chocolate" on the TV remote, long hairs in sink, torn drapes, etc. The WiFi sent my anti-virus software into overdrive and was constantly cutting out making it impossible to send emails.

Hotel is only worth its 2* rating. Very old and dated rooms and bathrooms. Clean bedding but bathroom not up to much. Only stayed 2 nights but was perfect for what we needed. Only washed & dressed, slept and out all day so did the job. Breakfast was ok, usual continental not alot of choice but was something to have... More

I chose a single room at an upper floor. First thing that stroke me as I entered the small 10 square meters room : I don't get to have a real bed, but 2 mattresses put one above the other and the lower one is filthy as hell! Actually...cleanliness is not something this hotel values very much - not at... More

If you want to visit the town and have the hotel just for sleeping, it's good choice - everything is responsible to low price, but it's ok (especially for young people). The hotel is quite close to city center and it was important for us.

If you want a nice stay in Brussel; do not go to this hotel. We stayed in this hotel for 1 night because our flight was leaving early in the morning from brussel. We wish we had payed a bit more for a much better room. The room wasn't clean and there was mold all over the ceiling. I have... More

If you really want to save money and be in a reasonable distance from the center, you can came here, otherwise dont. The room 35 has a broken floor and the all place is really boring and not well kept. Rather clean though.

We knew what to expect when we booked a cheap hotel. A small room but it was clean and everything worked fine. Bed wasn't the comfiest and window was slightly broken so it left a gap for noise to creep in. The location however is spot on and is a short walk to both Grand Place and the main station.

Photos on Booking.com made it look nicer than it was. Mattress was super hard, pillows also hard and flat like a folded up sheet. Water damage everywhere. Flush on toilet continuously running, they had to replace a shower head in my room and I was so exhausted I fell asleep and they walked into the room and replaced it while... More
