The check-in was pretty chaotic. The receptionist who was checking us in, was interrupted several times by his colleague for non urgent matters. Bathroom seemed a bit outdated- it was also shower in the bath. After dinner outside the hotel, we wanted to drink a coffee in the Iris, but this was not possible. Hot beverages are not served after 8 pm. Breakfast was very good.
The design of this hotel is very nice - it feels very high-end. I also enjoyed the room service, it was simple but good quality. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Next time I come to Brussels I will definitely book here again.
Not bad at all, convenient location and more or less friendly stuff. However, found a random sock under the bed that wasn’t ours, which to be honest was extremely disgusting…also no information on how to enter the hotel after midnight, was supposed to get a code or something. All and all not bad
Good team, always pleasant service. Comfortable room. Very good location in the town. (Lounge a little bit short in beverages. But no room king bed with bathtub… Parking expensive) We will come back.
Definitely one of the finest hotels in town because of - the location : between the upper and lower city districts within walking distance from the posh Louisa & Sablon districts for shopping & dining, and adjacent to the intimate Egmont park - the views : stunning ! especially in the corner rooms on the upper floors and from the restaurant onto the Egmont park. - the amenities : relaxing and well designed ; you will quickly feel at ease - eating : we had dinner & breakfast : both were excellent - the service : friendly and very helpful staff Just one little remark : the mini-bar contains a chocolate bar from a Dutch brand ??? In a country well known for the best chocolate in the world this gives a cheap impression.
My partner and I had an incredible stay here. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with warm customer service that was welcomed after our early travel day. The room was very clean, modern, and the view was breathtaking. The Hotel's location is perfect to hop around and explore the city. We felt safe and welcome the entire time - something that I take quite seriously. We cannot wait to return to The Hotel Brussels. There are two photos included from the view of our room for you to enjoy!
On arrival, the confusion on my booking (twice!!) was resolved quickly. I like the room - spacious, clean with good shower and towels. Breakfast options were good and nice comfortable, relaxing area. In terms of location, it is 15-20 minutes walk to the centre square. I would recommend staying here.
We had the corner lounge room which also gives you access to the 360° panorama lounge. The view from the 21st floor is amazing. The room is very spacious and the installation (light, shower, tv...) are all functional. Very nice shower. Friendly staff.
I am a long time client of this hotel. The location is central, it has all services needed and the staff is very friendly. A recent disappointment is the fact that the hotel only provides one food menu. It was better when the hotel had the restaurant menu and a small "bistrot menu" for light and quick meals. I hope the hotel will revert to the previous format.
Great hotel in a lovely area of the city. We had a room on the eighth floor overlooking the Palaus de Justice and the ferris wheel. The spa was very welcome after a long day sightseeing. Breakfast was good but no toaster. However toast will be made in request.
