My boyfriend & I traveled from Amsterdam to Brussels, and ended in Paris last April. We are both budget travelers, and typically are quite happy with a clean room and a good night sleep. Both of which we did not receive from Hotel Mozart. Upon arrival, we found that our "full" size bed was two twin beds pushed together. This... More

Altogether a bizarre experience - remniscent of a visit to the Munster's house staffed by members of the Adam's family. Location, location, location - but very little else to recommenf it. Slightly grubby, vaguely intimidating and infinately aviodable - never again.

Excellent location and very convenient just if you want to stay there for one night as I did on a business trip with some colleagues (since is very close to the central station and it was cheap... so you get what you paid...). Otherwise if you stay more than one day, I think you might get dizzy after the large... More

This hotel is perfect if you are traveling by train, as it is a short walk from the station, and it is located in the heart of all the action, literally two minutes from Grand Place. The decor is amazing! Imagine a pairing of 16th century Europe and a mosque. There are pictures of Mozart next to pictures of Barrack... More

The guy at the desk supposed to help me was almost unwilling to do so, did not provide information regarding Wifi and internet access. The final outcome was that it exists but doesn´t work (hence inexistent), but instead of telling me so he treathened to call the police (?!?). Very unhelful and unfriendly.

I was forced to stay here with my parents during the volcano crisis. A relative booked from home, so unfortunately we were unable to check out the hotel before we arrived - very late at night with nowhere else to go. The hotel's general decor is very misleading. It all seems bright and nice with colourful carpets, but this is... More

I have seldom had the misfortune to stay in such an appalling dive. We were forced to stay here due to the volcano ash crisis, as we found ourselves in Brussels late at night. For 130 euros, the three of us (two adults and a teenager) were offered a triple room with bathroom. On arrival at the hotel at 11.30pm,... More

From the very entrance we were puzzled by combination of the Maghreb and Louis XVI (so they say) decoration. But that was just the beginning - after the lobby, you have to pass a maze of corridors and stairs to reach your room. The decoration of the rooms is further marked by topply furniture and makeshift beds (I just hope... More

I was persuaded to stay here by the reasonable rates for a 5 night stay for an exhibition. I was forced to prepay my room upon arrival which made me suspicious. Once I found my room (several narrow flights of stairs - don't stay here if you have luggage!) I was instantly disappointed. Then I found that the promised internet... More
